Wonderful selection

What an amazing place. So many lovely handmade things. Great prices and quality. Highly recommend a visit. Much better than all the mass produced items around.

This is a must stop visit if you are at Westgate Shopping Centre. My daughters love the skincare products and I had a wonderful time browsing at the wide display of art and craft products created by the local artists and craftspeople. Really pretty and unusual items which are worth buying as souvenirs and presents. There's also a coffee corner... More

No plastic mass produced garbage at Craft world, everything is made locally. Food, skin care, ceramics, painting, clothing, photography, jewellery, furniture and more! This unique shop is really worth a visit if you want to buy genuine NZ souvenirs and gifts that are very reasonably priced.

I find crafts really odd and pointless so this whole set up I find to be just bizarre. So many weird things. Bizarre

When we go to Europe we always go to Craft World first to find some small souvenir style New Zealand Gift. They always have a great selection and not too expensive.

This is not really on most tourists radar but it is so well worth a visit. Here is a large craft shop where local artists of all sorts of crafts pay a rental for a small booth to display their work. Here you can buy all sorts of things that you would pay a proper tourist price for in a... More

It's an eclectic mix of craftwork with different levels of talent displayed. I love walking through and checking on new arrivals. If you want to buy something locally made from furinture to paintings to clothes and glass wear, food and any number of changing products I recommend this place.
