Love this place. Love the friendly competition. My second home. You might have done spinning before, but this places takes it to the next level.

Love this place. State of the art bikes and motivating Instructors. Makes normal Spinning classes seem so boring. There are flat screens at the front so you can see your position in the room, will bring out any ones competitive side!!

Fab centre - the bikes are so smooth and work really well as does the resistance.
Clean tidy studio, and a smaller gym just outside with added benefit of weights

I love this place - really well decked out with modern bikes, great air conditioning & the computer system is fabulous. The teachers have all been fab - if you like spin classes, try Cycle Rhythm without a second thought

I try to get to the spinning classes here at least twice a week. The music is great and I love the competitive edge that the screens provide, they stop me slacking.
