Set in a vast area, once parked in the ample spaces the quiet hits you. Weather was not so good, which in a way helped because not so busy. Shops, restaurant and lavatories before you pay the very reasonable entrance fee. Lovely grounds, beautiful home...More

Walking round a house where the Royal family spend their Christmas was such a privilege and we really enjoyed it. The rooms are lovely and it is more of a family home than a museum, which makes is special.

I visited Sandringham gardens under the RHS partner Gardens scheme, where RHS members get in free. The gardens are well laid out, with a pleasant woodland walk around the perimeter of the property, during which a pheasant scuttled out of the undergrowth in front of...More

It is so nice to visit a stately home and feel that it is genuinely lived in. Sandringham feels like a home. You only get to see a few rooms in the main house but what you do see is really interesting. The staff were...More

We had a great day out visiting Sandringham House. On arrival the thing that stood out was the peacefulness, and the pigeons cooing in the pine trees. Car parking was good and free, and there is a large open area where visitors can have picnics...More

As Wendy N said, it is well worth contacting Deborah, who holds the Sandringham catering franchise. I don't think that there is a separate facility, but I'm sure she would re-arrange the seating in the restaurant for... More
