We walked up to the tower hoping to be able to climb up, but unfortunately it was closed until July. We could still see a good view from the base. Also, check out the lovely church nearby St Hilaire on part of the pilgrim route...More

Didn't bother to scale the tower, but climbed the hill to the base and the views all round from the were pretty good. I imagine they're really good from the top.

The exhibition inside the refurbished donjon is interesting and the views from the top are marvellous.
