My 2 teenage Daughters did a Pool Dive and then a beach 'Discover Scuba' Dive at La Santa Dive this week. They LOVED IT! The tuition was great - fun, knowledgeable and thorough- and above all safe - and they have both come back buzzing and keen to progress to an Open Water course. Really recommended . 5*

Took a 4 days PADI Open Water Diver certificate at this diving center and had no diving experience beforehand. The instructors Johnny and Marisa were excellent, experienced instructors showing confidence, knowledge, presence, patience and a student-centered approach. I always felt safe and was able to learn following my own pace, with great flexibility in the time schedule. The course was run by the book (the official PADI student manual) and all excercises were done, some several times to ensure that I was comfortable with them. To a novice like me all the equipment seemed of good standard and well maintained. The sea dives took place at Puerto Del Carmen and were really nice with lots of good sights and opportunities. All in all, the training and the sea dives were perfect. Perfect..... I will definitely come back to dive with them and pursue further PADI training.

This PADI 5* centre offers a nice range of dives around the island.

I had 4 dives with them this year - two boat dives and two shore dives. The boat dives included a nice wreck, while the shore dives (off Playa Flamingo) gave us a chance to see some great wildlife including barracuda, stingray, octopus, and many other fish.

The instructors and divemasters are great and the equipment new and well-maintained.

This dive centre should cater to anyone wishing to become PADI Open Water qualified. I did the four day course in September 2012. As we arrived later than expected, we weren't able to join their usual course start date, but an instructor who was free managed to tailor the course to a new timetable.

Overall I had 6 open water dives, all shore divers, but I managed to see jellyfish, Octopus, seahorses, a giant grouper (who they call Felix) and an assortment of other interesting fish. For the pool dives, we used the pool at Club la Santa, which was a great facility for the training.

They have instructors here who can speak English, German Danish, Spanish and Italian, so many of you should be covered. I would definitely recommend this centre.

Our teenage kids did their PADI last year and did a refresher in the pool at la Santa. The instructors did a good job, and we got what we wanted from the pool dive at a fair price.

They offer guided ocean dives at different locations, but this tome we didn't take the time to do it.
