Nice stretch of beach with soft white sand. Plenty of parking space, and unusual toilet that was not working when we visited.

Very nice beach with a gold toilet.
Clear blue water and white sand beach. Similar to other beaches in Lofoten and Senja.

This beach is a very peaceful area, the white sand, the cristal clear
turquoise color water, and the green low mountains which form the quite bay. We were seated on the sand for half an hour to enjoy the peace. We were very lucky with the very good weather. 5/5

Beautiful beach with white sand and clear water. Golden toilet, well known in norway, fun to see. Fantastic for cycling.

Nice sand beach were you were also able to swim in the begin of August. The official parking space is too small in the sunny days but you can park on the road side (a risk of a ticket)

Whether you are tenting or come in a autocamper, this is a great place with great sunsets, magic evenings and hundreds of photos. Remember to bring toilet paper, as the toilet is used quite a lot.

I was amazed at how quiet this campground was for the amount of people. It was not overly packed, but Norwegians definitely know how to speak quiet and be respectful. Parking was crowded, but it was high-season, and much of it was taken up by RVs, but there is water and an outdoor shower and toilet (one of each for whole campground), as well as a couple portable toilets. Great spot to 'wild' camp if you want a bit of structure for once. Lots of fire pits available.

This is a great big beach laying in the bottom of the fjord. Many people was camping here and it is also possible to anchor up you both in a small harbor.
Here is also the famous gold toilet with outside shower.
Incredible mountains sorrounding the whole place.

We spent a couple of hours there, but could not see any of this beautiful pictures. Make sure that it is sunny even if you're not planning to swim, it doesn't worth otherwise. All these nice mountain tips were covered by fog and we didn't enjoy the scenery.

While driving along route 86/862, this place along the beach makes it a good stop for a break or lunch depending on time of day.
There are parking facilities (cars n campervan) n washroom but telephone signal is weak due to the surrounding high mountain ranges.
It was still very cold in early June (with snow flurries) to swim as temperatures were not ideal.
Do note that you have to pack your own meals as there are no food establishment along route 86/862 except for the towns of Gryllefjord, Finnsnes or Bothhamn.
