enticed by MetroDeal discount, went to Splash Island & nightmare begins in looking for directions to Splash Island from Southwoods exit... no signage at all!, need to ask bikers in the area. Finally, found the area, we were asked to proceed to the muddy "Authorized Parking Area" with Php 50.00 parking fee and sign not resposible for any loss or... More

be sure to bring a lot of pocket money for foodstuff if u'r not planning to eat packed lunch/snacks at the parking lot. because there are food stalls inside, 'no food allowed inside' is strictly being implemented so the guests are forced to patronize the stores. be extra careful when climbing the stairs on the way to the waterslides -... Too many people. Too busy. Hard to look for assistance from the staff. Though the staff are helpful I think they need to hire more to accommodate a lot of people. Or maybe heascount should be controlled. More working drinking water stations should be installed.

Splash Island is the most popular water park in the country to date and a must-visit for families from the metro who don't want to travel farther to go to the beach. Almost always, there will be entrance fee discounts available from coupon sites which you can readily use without prior reservation. Absolutely no outside food and drinks allowed, don't... More

My balikbayan family and I were disappointed with our visit to this place. The pool water badly need to be replaced. It already has a scary greenish color. The rest of the place is also dirty. You cannot bring food, not even bottled water, inside the premises. Food and beverages sold by the establishments inside are very pricey.

Have seen a lot of costly water parks around the world ranging from $20.00 US to $60.00 US. I can't believe that Splash Island charges $10.00 for a Hawaiian Themed Water park. Great fun for the family.Easy to reach by car ... but No available public transportation. Hope to see this again with fiends and relatives next time.

Staff needs to be trained on how to speak politely with customers. Slides should be open for everyone at any time. Water needs to be cleaned. (Staff was just sitting there watching all the dirt flow) Activities offered on their website should be open 7 days a week. We went there on a Monday and almost everything was closed. Sheesh.

Thank Crimson L
