Beautiful views while kids and adults had fun. While I did not participate in sledding it was fun watching everyone among the beautiful scenery.

Staff super friendly and clean environment for all. Would highly recommend for those wanting a day outside . Sledding , tubing and outdoor fun.

Cute but crowded
Dec 2019
Came here with family, including my 11 year old niece. Had some fun sledding down the lanes but it was pretty crowded and the lanes where choppy so it was a bit slow. It would be better if they smoothed the snow out once in a while. Niece had a good time building a snowman but we didn't need to be in a paid establishment to do that.

Great sledding hills
Mar 2020 • Family
Sledding here is awesome, however I would recommend that families with smaller/younger children rent a tube and not an actual sled. Hills are decently inclined however 2 hours was enough for me and my family no need for a full day.

A deal for $40 a car! Well groomed well organize. Good parking Great Staff! The little kids (4-5) did really well. The 12 yr had a blast. Easy walking for the Gparents. Highly recommend for family fun.

Never going back...and will not recommend unless staff takes more of an active roll at the top of the chutes
Jan 2020
Our 3rd trip here and we definitely won’t be back. Great place for family if parents were more responsible for their children and themselves. Parents are sending their children down before the chutes have been cleared, they are allowing their kids to play and enter the chutes while people are coming down.
My daughter biffed on her sled 1/3 of the way down the chute. She was sore and having difficulty getting up to clear. Another parent decided she was taking too long or not paying attention and send his kid full speed down on his tube. He went full speed into my daughter, she tumbled and tweaked her knee, and of course broke her sled. Kid had no remorse, dad didn’t come down off the hill until I continued to yell and swear and cornered his kid asking where his parents were. Dad comes down and only says I didn’t see her. No apology, no is she ok, just shrugged it off. She is now on crutches (no broken bone), hopefully just a bad sprain per urgent care Dr.
They need workers on the hills manning the chutes to prevent these sort of accidents. Multiple accidents like this see happening. They can’t just be on the bottom showing up when people get injured. In the 2 1/2 hrs we were there, we heard 2 ambulances. And 1 time workers went running to the chutes due to a bad crash.
I realize sledding & tubing can be dangerous, but with the addition factor of negligent parents/kids added to the equation makes it more dangerous!

Fun in the snow
Apr 2019 • Couples
We were looking for a reasonably priced place to rent and sled. It was lots of fun and the mountainside is beautiful! Be prepared to walk up steep walkways but worth the fun ride down the slope.

Great Family Place
Mar 2019 • Family
We had a great time snow tubing here. We went on a Tuesday morning for about 2 hours and that was plenty of time for us. It was not crowded and there were no wait times. There are several hills of differing heights to choose from. There is a parking fee, but no individual entry fee. You can bring your own sleds or pay to rent sleds/snow tubes and I would recommend the snow tubes. The sleds are plastic and not very high quality. I saw several that cracked and broke. Also the ride is very rough on the plastic sleds. If you are on a tube full of air it is a lot softer and smoother. Our only complaint is that there are no lifts or carpets to take you to the top of the hills. Climbing back up to the top is very exhausting!

Getting in on a peak day is insane! Waited in line (on Hwy 50 for 25 minutes before we turned into the road). When we turned into the road it was another 15 minutes. People...be prepared to pay...sheeesh... It would make it a lot easier for everyone if you were prepared to pay. Anyways...once you finally get inside, it's anice place for the kids. Lines were long...sometimes about 20-30 minutes to go down one of the hills. I think either A) Limit the number of cars allowed or B) build more hills. Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of hills but we may have just gone on an ultra busy day. New Years week and there was no other snow anywhere in the area. Usually we pull up somewhere and play in the snow but options were limited so we went here. Overall; my daughter had a great time and thats all that matters at the end of the day.

Not the worst place but definitely not the best
Jan 2019 • Friends
Sometimes supervised liability cautious adventure can take almost everything out of fun. If you think that you'll just get to the mountain and start sledding it's not going to be the case. You always have to stay in line, you cannot make a train or do other things on the slope that are fun. You will have to wait for that grandma to load herself in a sled and wait till she awkwardly gets out of it at the end of the slope.
It definitely better than Heavenly (but almost anything is probably better than that ;)) but it's not really that much fun.
You also need to time it right because sometimes they get way too many people and can close on you. Also, the stuff is somewhat angry. Sometimes you feel like you are an inconvenience for them. The food is awful but that's is expected.

Sledding, snowman, snow angels
Jan 2019 • Family
We took advantage of recent snow storms and headed this way on a weekend with no precipitation. The snow was fresh, powdery. The weather was terrific. We enjoyed sledding at the normal slope as well the kiddie area. We also played in flat areas, making snowman and snow angels. Be sure to arrive as soon as it opens as there's a line going in. This is to be expected as conditions are perfect. Entrance is $40 per car. Bring your food and water, as it's expensive if buying from the only cafeteria.
