We rented a boat for 3 hours, packed a picnic and went to emerald bay. Great way to spend an afternoon and enjoy the views from the lake. Only issue was that it was choppy when we went out. May be better to go out later in afternoon when water is calmer.

Very nice experience. Clean boat, very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. The water was rough so we had to stay close to shore and keep speed low for the ride to Emerald Bay and still got pounded a bit. May is still a bit cold on the water but we avoided the summer crowds which is a huge plus. It’s pricey to rent a boat but a lot cheaper than owning one!!

My kids and I went parasailing, checking off a big bucket list item. This place was amazing! The staff were kind, thorough, funny, and safety conscious. They made the entire experience enjoyable. Leadership was present throughout our time on the beach and the boat captain was extremely good at his job. The equipment seemed to be top notch & well cared for. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. It was an amazing experience I’d do again and again!

The boat and the people that worked there were very, nice. But we had a reservation at 9 AM for a four hour boat rental. Our email instructed us to be at the office and hour to half an hour prior to our reservation time. We arrived at 8:15 AM like instructed. But there was no one there to help us. They did not open the doors until about 9:10. So if you have a reservation at nine, I wouldn’t show up until nine Would’ve been nice to sleep in a little longer. Plus we had to pay an extra hour for parking which was not cheap.

My family of 6 rented a FourWinns H4 a week ago and TK’s marina and staff were outstanding. Check in was quick and efficient with a quality boat briefing from Jackson. The boat was in perfect shape and worked great during our 4 hour rental. We hung out in Emerald Bay and then Rubicon Point. Lake Tahoe didn’t disappoint. Truly staggering beauty everywhere. Huge thanks to the team at Tahoe Keys for the highlight of our trip!

The most helpful and accommodating staff! We had a private charter with another company that cancelled on us last minute and I had to find somewhere else to rebook. I found this place and everyone here was so helpful and informative and helped me find a boat for 6 people within minutes! I booked over the phone with the sweetest girl who answered my millions of questions! We got a boat with a captain for 6 people for 2 hours and had captain Brandon and he was the best! We went tubing and saw emerald bay and it was such a great time. I would highly recommend booking with them anytime you're in Lake Tahoe.

We did parasailing with family including grandkids (9&10 yrs). The company was professional and made the process easy. We were able to get a discount with Marriott stay. We felt safe the crew made the experience great start to finish. Beautiful views and nice dip in the water at the end .

Staff was friendly and very professional. Great crew who cared about customer service. A real pleasure indeed. They also took great photos and weren’t pushy at all about selling them … they make them available and don’t pressure you to purchase.

Tahoe Keys (Ski Boat Run) saved our day/vacation. We had planned a family vacation for 7 of us and wanted a Lake Tahoe pontoon boat ride to be a focal point of our trip on Aug 28th. Thanks Tahoe Keys for a perfect lake tour with your captain Jackson. We originally booked with Cody (aka Sabs) through Boatsetter on June 19th. Our credit card was charged, and we had a confirmation #. South Lake Tahoe Cody then canceled our booking on July 6th. Cody stated there was a booking error. Next, we booked thought GetmyBoat with Mike on July 6th from Glenbrook NV, he was quick to accept our booking and again our credit card was charged. Mike then canceled our trip on July 27th, 24 hrs before our ride. Mike said “Sorry but we are booked” Yes, he was booked with us! I am not sure how this stuff works, but for us, Mike from Glenbrook NV and Cody (Sabs South Lake Tahoe) use both Get my Boat and Boat Setter. Could this be why they claim they were booked or booking error, maybe. But with Mike he did not return our in-app messages a few days before our trip. It feels like some of these guys look to get the best price they can, which I understand but when you accept my reservation you need to honor your contract. Seems some of these guys have NO HONOR.

First time on a jet ski and our entire group loved it. Ski Run offers a lot more flexibility than several other companies we talked to... most importantly being able to explore more of the lake! Our son with a driver's permit was also able to drive. Staff was friendly and provided great instruction while getting us on the water quickly. Highly recommend! We were all smiles 100% of the time.
