- Joseph M2 contributionsFun for grownups and kids. Very safe!If you go to have fun you will have fun. The snowmobiles are modern and safe. Safety is first here for sure. My son loved going around the track really good first introduction to snowmobiles he had a blast but didn't get scared. Don't be afraid to share one snowmobile you defiantly are going to want a break. We did tubing also you can share a tube make sure you eat a good breakfast sled hill walking is hard work! Bring good boots! Again safe speeds of the ramps but still fun even the littles of kids will enjoy a smooth ride. Turn in just before and park right across the way. We came early December no snow yet so this was the best option when there's no snow. But would defiantly come back. Thanks a lot to the crew they made me feel welcome and have a great set up!Thank you for this thoughtful 5-star review! We are glad that you and your son enjoyed our tubing and snowmobiles. We hope to see you again now that we are getting some natural snow!Written January 19, 2024This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten December 3, 2023
- ReyesD716 contributionsLots of fun!!! Had a great time! The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. We did the tubing as well as the snowmobile. Both of them was so fun! You do have to drag your tube back after doing a run so it's quite a workout. One tube rental is good for 2 person admission, 1 hour tubing. They're not very strict with the 1 hour tubing but it seems to be long enough since it's very tiring but fun! Highly recommended!Hello, thank you for this 5-star review! We are happy that you enjoyed your time snowmobiling and tubing. We hope to see you out here in the snow again soon!Written January 19, 2024This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten December 9, 2023
- Jody P1 contributionGreat for the whole family! They were very friendly I. Noticed right away! I would recommend this for beginners as the snowmobile adventure for 30 mins just goes in a circle track. Also great location for families With kids of all ages. As they have snow tubing along with the snowmobile rentals. As for what to wear if you’re doing the snowmobiling and it hasn’t snowed much then snow pants are not necessary. But I would wear layers! They were also very thorough with the instructions on how to operate the snowmobiles. It was my first time but if you’ve ever road a moped/scooter it’s the basics of leaning with the turns:). I will be recommending visitors to Tahoe snowmobile all winter long. The only negative was that they don’t offer parking on site so I parked in the ballys parking lot and due to being there 15 mins early (which was not necessary as the gates didn’t open until 10am) I had to pay $15 for over an hour. If you can do it in under an hour it’s free. But maybe see about validating parking.Thank you for this thoughtful 5-star review! We are happy that you enjoyed your time with us! We hope to see you again soon and just know that there is free 2-hour parking at heavenly village if you don't mind the walk for next time!Written January 19, 2024This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited December 2023Traveled on businessWritten December 11, 2023

- Hanna C1 contributionNo fuss funFun family morning event. The staff was friendly and the process was easy. No wait, no fuss. We had a fun time zooming around the track. 30 mins definitely felt like a good amount of time too.Thank you very much for this 5-star review. We are stoked that you had fun zooming around with us! - A S3 contributionsFun Snowmobile RideThis was a lot of fun to say the least. Family friendly for young children and toddlers. We reserved and paid a snowmobile ride online the same day which made the check-in process fast on sight. Head scarves and helmets were provided then we checked-in again at the track and got going. It is one track only with varying terrain. The website has a lot of information on parking, etc. Staff were friendly and gave clear directions. 10/10 would do again.Thank you for this thoughtful 5-star review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your overall experience with our company! - Jim M1 contributionFun snow mobiling! We had a lot of fun! It was $95 per couple and you could definitely fit two on the snow mobiles. I made a larger man and it was still no problem. Snowmobile can get up to 40 mph and it was quite exhilarating. Overall, I would give it an eight out of 10. I wish the track was just a little bit longer. Great views, and a really great day. I would highly recommend it.Thank you for this 5-star review. We are happy that you had a good time on our snowmobiles. The track does change size and shape with the snowpack. Se be sure to stop by again when there's more snow in town for a different experience. - lwoudstraBrentwood, California427 contributionsFantastic FunMy daughter and I had a great time riding our snow mobiles! It was a first time experience for both of us. The online booking and waiver forms were easy to complete. I did it on my phone. I was able to choose the date and time we wanted. We stayed at Bally’s, so we walked to the venue. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a friendly staff member at the entrance. He directed us to the “reservation line.” We checked in at the check-in counter. I told the gentleman we were early, but it wasn’t an issue. He gave us our “ticket” and sent us to get our helmets. The young man at the helmet “shed” fitted us with the proper helmets (he placed them on us and buckled them). He was personable and friendly, too. After our helmets were properly fitted, he sent us to the next staff member who gave us a quick lesson on how to operate the snow mobiles. We were riding in no time! The 30 minute ride was perfect for us because we’ve never ridden snow mobiles before. Riding in a circle was fine also. It gave us a lot of practice on making turns on the snow mobile. I feel this experience has prepared us for a much longer ride tour in the future. I highly recommend them for those who’s never driven snow mobiles before. The staff was friendly and helpful. On a side note, I wanted to book us for the Golf Course location, but they weren’t open. We went to the Stateline Location.Thank you for this thoughtful 5-star review! We are happy that the overall experience you had with us was so pleasant. Typically in a normal winter, the golf course location will open up. But this year natural snow is a bit scarce. - Pablo CFremont, California2 contributionsWorth the experience for first timers.Had a lot of fun. Customer service was great and received instructions of use of snowmobile. Our first time riding and felt comfortable on how to use after the instructions. Simple and easy and course is not difficult. You go in circles and there is a section you can pull off the track if you want to stop at any time. Worth the experience.Thank you for this 5-star review. We are thrilled that you had a great first-timer experience with our snowmobiles. - Tatsiana M1 contributionAwesome experienceWe visited a state line location. The grounds are amazing, very clean and well organised. Equipment is clean and new! Stuff members are above and beyond with customer service. They were polite and considerate during helmet fitting, patient explaining the rules of snowmobile riding, and extremely enthusiastic with kids while helping them at the sledding area!!!Thank you for this 5-star review. If you have been snowboarding or tubing before this place is way to expensive for the experience, the tubing is just a small hill and you walk back to the top, the snowmobiling is like a kitty ride, you go around in a circle at a slow speed. This place is good mostly for tourist that have never done these things before. But if you are a snowmobiler or been tubing elsewhere, this would be a total rip off for you. Even our daughter who has never been tubing got bored with it real quick. But we made the best of it. Prices should be way lower for what it is.

We paid for the 4pm session, when we got there around 4:15pm we were told they were closing for the day. We told we had already paid for the session and they let us in but they told us that the equipment needs to be pick up by 4:45pm which on the website or when we bought the session it didn’t mention none of that. We were there for like 30min and george the equipment said he had given us more time cause he picked up equipment at 4:52pm. Very disappointed.

The reservation was easy via web, although when we drove by we didn't know 'no walk in' so we booked and come back the next day. There is a liability waiver you must fill and sign before you can do anything, which really holds the line because people are doing it at the check in window. Honestly, there is a QR code by the line and if you scan it and filled it as you are in the line, you are helping yourself to speed up as well as anyone behind you. But why they don't have this online while you make the online reservation???!!
Anyway check in was a pain about 20-30m wait because each group takes like 10min. After that was fun. The two guys on top of the little hill are very nice and have the spirit of having fun! My kido loved it. Lots of work for us as parent to pull the kid back up the hill but...glad it is only 1 hour. I would be dead if it is longer.
Overall, great location. You will see it as you drove on the main road. Parking is across the gate on the other side of the street ...you have to look for it. There is an open space and there are more by the casino and in the casino although it says parking is only for casino guest.

I booked the combo package a few weeks in advance for my wife and two daughters, ages 7 and 11. It was a fairly decent deal and we enjoyed our experience. The staff was really good and the process was simple and fairly quick. The snowmobiling portion is taking laps around a track that is probably 1/3 of a mile. The snow tubing has 4 hills that are pretty much all the same. My kids loved both parts of it. My only complaints were that it was too crowded and the snowmobiling time was too short. I would have liked 45 minutes instead of 30. We would probably do this again in the future.

The staff was friendly, but in all honesty the “trail” was a small circle guided by cones. There was a speed limit of 25 mph which made the experience less than exhilarating. The tubing hills were small and also anti climatic. For the price point I would recommend a place that allows you to have a less restricting experience. If the business opened up the trails more or lowered the price point slightly I would recommend it.

My wife and I did the snowmobile and snow tubing. We both enjoyed the experience especially the snowmobile as it was both our first time. However, we think one hour on the Snowmobile would have been even better as it only was for 30 minutes. There should be options for longer times.
Every staff member was very nice and courteous to us. We didn't have young ones with us, but the place is great for those with children. I noticed in the snow tubing that staff members were very nice to everyone especially to the children. This should be one of your stops if you are ever in South Lake Tahoe and short on time. We spent 30 minutes on snowmobile and one hour on tubing.

Their online system sucks, charging us for 6 people as opposed to the number of tubes. The folks in the billing counter claimed they couldn’t refund and we ended up paying for 6 tubes, each at $55 each when we only needed 3 tubes max. Daylight robbery and will never recommend this place again. They did not even try to refund, just claiming they can’t do this at the billing desk. So why in the world would you have a billing counter? Completely ridiculous and I feel duped out of hundred of dollars.

What a BLAST!!! Our family of four, 16 yo and 20yo daughters, had an incredible tour with Randon and Miley! Very helpful and so much fun! Check-in process was a breeze and we were fitted for our helmets right away. Photos on sight, as well as a photo on the trail. We stopped a few times along the tour to enjoy the view and take photos. Don’t let the drive from South Lake to North Lake deter you. We made the drive from SL today while it was heavily snowing. It was a breeze (and we are from Louisiana and not used to snow). There were several plows along the way. Stopped for a quick lunch before our 2:00 tour at Turtle Creek Cafe in Incline Village it is right off the main road. Great lil place.! This was a great tour for first-timers as well as experienced riders. We will definitely take this tour again! Our family had the best day!

Right beside Mont Bleu Casino, near Harrahs, Hard Rock and across the street from Edgewood Golf Course. It’s at the corner of Hwy 50 & Lake Pkwy.
