We took the cable car to/from the Glacier.. It was cold and the whole place was covered with snow. There was a round platform as lookout point. Jiu Zai Gou was amazing, but the views here is a notch higher. Blanketed with thick snow in April. Even had a chance to see a Tibetian village and have tea there. We went there on the way back from Huanglong/Jiuzhaiguo to Chengdu. The road to reach the Heishui, or the town where the hotels are, is a bit scary, rockfall from steep hillsides is waiting to happen, but we made it with no problem.
