Although very much at the end of the season this was a delightful way to kill off 20 minutes as we waited for group to arrive for meal. A must when roses are in bloom and free!

When you are near Bushey make a point of stopping off at the Rose Garden. The roses are beautiful and the garden is very well maintained. Part of Bushey's History.

This is a charming, tranquil feature of Bushey, situated near the heart of the village and easy to access. The gardens are superbly maintained and contain a rich variety of border plants, and, of course, many rose bushes. There are numerous benches on which to...More

A nice local gem. Very well kept rose garden, peaceful and pretty. Have visited several times with friends and family. Ask for the box of games, they have a giant snake and ladders and a couple of other games to keep you entertained.

Having just moved to Bushey I stumbled on this place by accident whilst out with my youngest (aged 7) and will definitely be coming back. Beautifully laid out gardens with various varieties of roses and other plants, perfectly manicured lawn (where people were having picnics...More

We often visit the garden even in the winter as we live only a short walk away. It's usually quiet and you can hear lots of bees and enjoy the beautiful types of roses. We sometimes go early in the morning so the baby can...More

A lovely little garden. It's slightly small but has a lovely expanse of grass on which to sit. There's a more sculpted don't garden at the front which is pretty. It's a nice place to sit and while away a few minutes or have a...More

garden kept clean and child friendly , G anes are out on grass for children or adults to use, Toilets only open when gardeners are present which can be awkward with children.

I believe that the rose garden cost one million pounds and though it isn't my money it is a lot of money to spend on a garden. Either way it is a lovely garden and ideal for a quiet walk and plenty of benches to...More

It is free. I would go in the summer when it is at it's best. It is not large, but it is very pretty. While there go and see the Bushey museum too, a couple of minutes walk away which is also free and has amazing art works.
