About
Work on your tan, admire endless coastline views, and have a splash at this isolated beach near Lefkada. You'll need to take a hike over some mild terrain to reach Milos Beach, but you'll be treated to amazing panoramas along the way. Otherwise, a taxi boat from Agios Nikitas Village is another option. There’s plenty of room to lounge along the stretch of shore, but bring along beach provisions like snacks and drinks as amenities are limited. For a full day of beach fun, you can also check out nearby beaches like Kathisma and Agios Ioannis Beach. – Tripadvisor

Amazing, but a few things to note.
Milos is obviously beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice, but I chose to leave a review for the purposes of a few technical details which may be important to other visitors. So firstly, don’t bother walking the path through Agios Nikitas… It’s not very safe and it gets crowded. Walk down through the town to the beach and catch the little boat shuttle, it only costs €3 pp each way, (as of 2022), and it’s a fantastic way to see a bit of the island too! Second. Yes it’s organised, but it’s extremely low tech so take cash with you if you plan on buying food/drink and/or renting a daybed. Lastly, keep an eye on the weather forecast for the day you go. The boats will cease to operate without notice if there is bad weather forecast for that day. Be sure to ask the operator if they plan on running their boats for the time you are there.

    Excellent Beach
TLDR, By far the best beach we went to in our Lefkada trip, highly recommended. In more detail: The beach itself was lovely with small pebbles and sand, not too crowded compared to the rest we saw. The water is as you see it in the photos, wonderful, clean and a bit towards the colder side due to a few currents passing from certain places. View from one side is a very green mountain with cliffs, and only a couple of buildings breaking up the view of the nature. There is a tiny shop with umbrellas and sun-beds, but as seen from various other reviews, its not the best and it taints the otherwise remote feeling of this beach. Highly suggested to bring your own things (at least umbrella, water, something to eat), if you want to avoid that shop and be independent. We went around 15:00, on a Wednesday in August, and it had enough people to feel full closer the sea, but with many meters empty space between the umbrellas of each group. Felt way more relaxed than other beaches we been around the island. Transportation is the main catch for the place. There is a hiking path from a nearby village, that some report that is 10min long, others 20min, others 30min. We chose the alternative, which is the small boats that go constantly back n forth from Nikitas Beach to Mylos Beach every 10-15min. It costed us 12 euros (back n forth for 2 people), they where easy to find, and in both cases there was a small queue to get on them, with the one leaving the island taking more time. Other than the fact that they stop around 19:30 in the afternoon (the time fluctuates based on people, sometime earlier or later, just ask them), we didn’t find anything wrong with them, super easy to use. Last, to get to those boats in Nikita Beach, you need to walk through the paved road in Agios Nikitas Village, roughly for 10min. Note that no vehicles are allowed in that area, so you need to park before it and walk the rest of the way. Parking depends a lot, we were lucky to find quickly, but I suspect from the density of the cars in the area, that will not always be the case. Overall we loved the place, if we had more days on the island we would visit it again.

Beautiful beach, amazing water, boat warning !!!
The way to this mafvellous beach requires a taxi boat which charges 3 EUR one way or 6 EUR round trip. What they avoid to tell you is that another taxi boat operates in the same area which is a different company. So if you pay for the round trip with one of them you should stick with the same for the return. Otherwise you pay again the other carrier. They don't cooperate. You just lose your money!

    A BEACH to visit!
A true gen! An amazing beach -not that famous- in Agios Nikitas Lefkas. You can approach the beach on foot ( a hiking of 1km) or by boat from Agios Nikitas beach (€3 each way - no booking required). You got your umbrella as the beach is not organised and ideal get your water etc because the shop that exists in the beach is expensive. The water is crystal clear and the colours will please even the most demanding visitor.

    Worth the hike
Walking from the neighbouring village takes about 15 minutes but be prepared for a rough track which is very steep in places, particularly on the descent down to the beach. There are plenty of shady spots to stop for a rest and to catch your breath and the effort is well worth it. The beach is stunning and the water is the most beautiful colour blue. Food and drinks on sale which are good quality and not excessively priced (considering the remote location).

Beautiful beach but beware rip off water taxis!
Beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Shelves off very steeply and strong undertow. We caught the water taxi which cost €20 each way for two adults and three young children! The boats back were few and far between and when one finally turned up the scrum to get on it was horrible and to be honest, quite dangerous as everyone shoved and pushed to get on. Unless your children are very young or you have a lot of stuff I would recommend walking- we walked up to the top of the cliff to take photos and it wouldn’t have taken much longer to walk back!

    Simply amazing
Amazing beach with clear turquoise water and a beautiful landscape. There are two ways to reach it - by water taxi or with a short hike through a pine forest. The last fee meters of which are quite steep, but there are stairs and the path is not that difficult, plus you’ll get to enjoy the amazing views from above. The beach is wide and long, mostly rocky, so wearing water boots would be a good idea. Pack water and some food, bring your umbrella and enjoy a perfect beach day. There is a beach bar and umbrellas and chairs to rent (at 20 EUR for 2 chairs and umbrella). The waves were pretty big, based solely on our visit, I would not recommend it for swimming.

    Spectacular
Took the watertaxi and went to Milos. The vowe os breathtaking, one of the nicest beaches I went to. Pack everything you have in backpacks, so the hands are free for getting on/off the boat, holding children. Would reccomand water shoes instead of flip-flops.

    What's not to like?
Amazing beach with the typical blue green western lefkada water, plus sand dunes. There are sun beds and umbrellas for rent at an excessive price, but also free space if you want to bring your own staff. Boats from Agios Nikitas disembark near the sun beds, so if you put your umbrella on the other side of the beach you will enjoy some privacy. Attention: put a lot if sunscreen because the sun is reflected on the sand dunes and is extra strong

    Over-rated
We took the water taxi (€3 each) from Agios Nikolas beach and that was the best part of it. Sun bed/parasol was €10 each and apart from a shack selling expensive drinks and food, that was it. You need to go prepared with food and drink and lots of cover from the sun. The beach was nice enough, but I wasn't overly impressed. We found The Deck Beachbar on the way out of Agios Nicolas towards Lefkas Town a much better place with decent grub, toilets, showers and sunbed/parasol €5 each for the day. If you want seclusion, there are little beaches on the stretch between Agios Nicolas and The Deck which are stunning. You need to be prepared with food drink, parasols etc and happy to trudge a little way.
