Koh Nang Yuan, Surat Thani is located close to Koh Tao in the Gulf of Thailand and is one of the islands directly connected between Thailand's 3 most spectacular islands to penetrate the white sand desert into a large island and 2 small islands.
The beauty of Koh Nang Yuan, a small island, is based on the fact that it is one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the world and there is also a beautiful world under the sea and swim down to touch visitors to this Koh Nang Yuan.

I was on this beautiful island for the first time in 1998. From the viewpoint you have a great view down onto the sandy strip that stretches between the two islands. The sandy strip is made of sand and coral. And that is exactly the theme of the underwater world around these islands. In 1999, El Niño damaged almost all of the coral stocks. I was shocked on my second to last visit in 2001. Unfortunately, the coral stocks have not recovered (January 2024). "Green algae" also sometimes obscure the view when snorkeling. Ko Tao and Ko Samui are also becoming more and more built up. Mass tourism is taking hold.
