Be careful apparently the company is bankrupt or there are crooks sitting there. My wife and I booked a Diving trip with by "Current Junkies" on "BusyGirl" and paid and paid for 50% of the services in advance. Due to the corona virus pandemic the airline canceled flights to Indonesia. We could not get on the planned tour. We contacted this company by еmail, so that it returned us the prepayment funds minus the amount that was indicated when voluntarily canceling the trip. However for three months this company ignores all my letters thereby showing that it is not going to return my money.…

Current Junkies is one if not THE best Live aboard I have ever done. That there are only space for 4 divers creates a feeling of intimacy and one really get to know each other. Also that they try to mix divers with a similar level of experience on the trip was something I really appreciated so that every diver can get the maximum experience of their trip. The price puts it in the medium or budget price range but is exceptional good value for money. But what you want form a Live aboard you get and more. There really isn´t any reason to look further then Current Junkies. The food was really good and the boat staff was friendly and helpful. Emma the dive guide and Cruise director is nothing less then a super star. There has been a log time since I was as impressed by a fellow dive professional as I was by Emma. The way she planed, prepared, briefed and lead the dives was not less the inspiring. Thank you CJ for a wonderful trip…

I can highly recommend the trip. Emma the cruise director finds always the best dive sites and best conditions for you and we were always without any other dive groups under water. I’ve learned so much on this trip and Emma makes sure you always jump at the right time on the right spot. Komodo can be challenging, but you feel always safe and prepared. The boat is comfortable and has a very practical layout plus very useful details. The crew is super nice, funny and is always taking care of you. Food is great, too. Thanks for sharing your passion for the ocean and for diving with us and for all the good times. After that trip I don’t want to dive Komodo on another boat anymore. Looking forward seeing you again on another trip.…

It was our first liveaboard experience and it set the bar very high. From a very warm welcoming check-in until the departure everything was well organised and we felt well taken care of. The route for our 6 day trip was not really planned in advance. It was tailor-made according to our wishes, expectations, experience level (dives, certification, currents) and of course the ocean conditions. Emma, the dive guide/cruise director is amazing!!! You do not want to dive the Komodo National Park without her. She knows every reef by heart, and has so much knowledge about currents and water movements. Her dive site briefings are very thorough and precise. You'll know exactly what awaits you and feel super safe at all time. All 14 dives we did were safe, extremely fun and incredibly beautiful. Emma even managed that for all the dives, we didn't see any other divers underwater: that was pure luxury, knowing how busy Komodo is. The Busy Girl is a small, cozy boat with maximum 4 divers (mainly experienced) and a total of 4 crew members. The boat is in a good condition. The cabins are quite big and very clean. Otherwise the food is good and the Chef makes sure you are well fed :-) The entire crew is just lovely and very helpful. All in all we had a fantastic time and hope to come back soon. Thanks again to the Busy Girl Team.…
