I went diving with Flores Diving Centre for two consecutive days.
The contact with the owner was effortless and she always responded very quickly.
Both the owner and the diving instructor that I was diving with are great - very friendly and knowledgeable!
There were also no issues with the gear whatsoever.
Overall, I had an amazing time, and I highly recommend Flores Diving Centre to anyone who wants to go diving in Komodo!

Cinzia, the owner is so friendly and very professional. In fact, was the only diving centre we went that worried about us having a insurance in case something happens. And if you don't have it they can help you hired for a day diving or more.
The boat is in great conditions, so clean and very well maintained, you have coffee, tea, fruits, and very delicious cake aboard, and lunch was nice too! The staff and our Dive Master were all Indonesian, and I really appreciate getting in touch with local ones that really can explain you more about the nature and diving sites in the region.
We did 3 dives in a day and Batu Bolong was the best dive in my life (and I've just been in Galapagos)! Yoram is a amazing diver, always taking care of us and perfectly avoiding other groups that were diving on same site.
I just wish we could do more dives in there but expect I can come back someday!!

I would highly recommend Flores Dive Centre In Flores. Myself and partner hadn’t pre-booked any diving and found ourselves with multiple choices in Labuan Bajo. We were impressed with the Flores Diving Centre as they promote sustainability, encourage clean up dives and hire Indonesian instructors which assists in supporting their community. My partner did his advance course which I had previously done and I was able to join him on his course. We saw endless amounts of marine life including mantas, turtles, reef sharks and cuttle fish. Out instructor Marcel was exceptional. He was patient, knowledgeable and had a safety first approach which we appreciated when diving around the famous Flores currents. Cinzia and all the staff including the staff on the boat were extremely helpful and made sure our days of diving were the highlight of our trip. We will be back again to dive with Flores Diving Centre again.

We dived with Flores Diving Centre for 3 days in the Komodo National Park and had a fantastic time. Each day we went out with the boat and did 3 dives. The whole experience was amazing. From the first minute on we felt very comfortable with the whole team. They all had a big smile on their faces and were very helpful and considerate. The dive masters (we dived with Sudir and Yoram) did a great job: they did an informative and well prepared dive briefing, did very good underwater navigation and frequently communicated with us underwater to make sure we always felt safe and saw the best of the amazing marine wildlife. They also captured all the animals in a logbook so you could check up on them in a book back at the diveshop.
The boat crew was very kind too, they helped us setting up the gear and get ready, preparing nice food and keeping everything organised on the boat (no need to look for misplaced equipment, it was always accessible and ready). The captain of course did a super job navigating the boat. The registration and organisation with Cinzia and the office staff was very easy and they provided you with information on the town Labuan Bajo. As for the boat itself it was very comfy with an upper sundeck to relax in between dives. We surely will dive again with them if we come back to beautiful Flores:)

The diving in KNP is incredible and Flores Dive Center makes everything so easy. I am a woman solo traveler, age 76. Cinzia and her crew went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe.
My experience with my divemaster was probably the best I have had. We dove with Mantas, large turtle, sharks and gorgeous reef fish for the four days I was there. He saw and pointed out many beautiful small creatures. When the currents were running strong Yoram was right there to make sure I was okay.
The dive boat and crew were knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. The boat was roomy and served great lunches and snacks.
I hope to be able to dive with them again next year!!!

We absolutely loved our experience with these guys! They made it really special. From booking with seamless communication to the dives themselves being very well organised & the dive boat having everything you could ask for. The dive masters were so knowledgable and knew the dive sites like the backs of their hands. An extraordinary and unforgettable experience - could not recommend these guys more. Cinzia, Sudir, Yoram and Fensi all went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. A great variation of dive sites were planned for us and Sudir also did a great refresher with me because it had been years since my last dive. Thank you guys so much again from the bottom of our hearts. We’ll never forget it :)

We could say that I put 5 stars because by diving we see magnificent things. The atmosphere is very nice, the team is cool and we feel a family spirit. It's not the factory like other dive centers. But it's not just about that.
I did my Open Water Course with Flores Diving Center (FDC) the owner Cinzia was very nice. The first day is very theoretical and in English. Cinzia took all the time we needed when we had questions. Thanks to her we were able to pass the practice easily and without stress.
We liked it so much that we took an extra day of diving, the FDC team is very kind and helpful on the preparation and on the accompaniment of the dive. I recommend without hesitation.

It was an amazing experience for me to dive with Flores Dive Center. I liked Cinzia and her team's passion on diving.. They are professional in terms of documentation, experience and for motivation.. My dive trip was well prepared and I really enjoyed lot...thank you Flore Dive Center team..

We had a great day diving with Flores Diving Centre. We booked with them and had a great Divemaster from the Dive Centre. The actual trip was on another companies boat (which we were told about beforehand) and was no problem at all.
The communication via email beforehand was great and we felt safe and well supported during our dives!
Would thoroughly recommend!

We did a PADI Open Water Diving Course within 3 days. Cinzia was very helpful and communicative - so even the theoretical part was fun and instructive at the same time. We then had two days of active diving. It was my first diving experience ever, but with the excellent diving instructor Darmin, I was able to quickly get in to the world of diving. We had extremely enjoyable dives the following days, including a vast plethora of marine life (huge turtles, corals, sharks, manta rays, ...) The good equipment, boats and of course the nice crew completed this an amazing experience.

Hello! With my friend we are coming to Flores the 3 october. I'm advanced and she is open water. We really want to do an excursion (1-2 days) to visit Rinca (komodo) and Padar point of view and 2 dives ( to see mantas). Is it possible in your center to include dives and stops islands? For a good prise because we are globtrotters;)

Hi Melissa, thank you for contacting us. We are a diving company and we offer daily diving and snorkelling trips on board our traditional phinisi boat. We can also visit Rinca to see the dragons (in the afternoon, after 2 dives) but we cannot reach Padar during a daily diving trip since it is too far away. This means that, unless you are on a liveaboard or a speed boat, it is not possible to mix diving and island sight-seeing (Komodo, Padar, Kanawa, etc.). You will need to book your island hopping excursion with one of the many non-diving tour operators in Labuan Bajo once you arrive here. Enjoy your trip! Cinzia

I am visiting Labuan Bajo from 8-12 Aug (arrival 15:00 8 Aug and departure 8:40 12 Aug).
I would like to find a 3D2N tour for this period of time. I can swim, and I have PADI AOW certificate and have done 13 dives so far. My last dives were at the end of Jan 2018.
If there is no 3D2N tour available, I will likely join a day trip on 9 Aug and then fly to Ende on 10 Aug 2018. Kindly let me know the day trip program and rate. Is there any chance that I can 1-2 dives in the morning (so that I can fly on the afternoon of 10 Aug)?

Hi Nancy,
Greetings from Labuan Bajo and thank you for contacting us. All our live-aboard trips are fully booked in August but you are welcome to dive with us on 9 August (2 or 3 dives). Here at Flores Diving Centre we do day trips to the Komodo National Park on board our spacious and comfortable traditional boat, with plenty of room to move, toilet/shower and a covered sun deck. Our typical day is organized like this:
We leave the dive centre every morning at 7:20 am and spend all day on the boat (dive, eat, relax!), coming back at around 4:30-5 pm. We dive in small groups with max 4 divers per guide and we always group divers according to their level of experience.
Our prices (in IDR) are as follows:
- 3 dives per day at 1,650,000 per person;
- 2 dives per day at 1,350,000 per person.
The prices above include all equipment (excluding computer), a small breakfast, lunch, water, tea, coffee and snacks on board. They do not include the park fees which are 175,000 per person per day.

We have normally reef mantas around, thats the common sightings. giant mantas are more found in raja ampat than komodo :-)
