If you need a proper massage with somebody who knows whats he is doing and maybe have some special issues in your body that need to be worked on ( for example neck & shoulders or whatever ) then go for the 1 hour Remedial massage and ask for Rody. He knows what he is doing and he is strong. I was very very positively suprised for finding this kind of quality massage here in Flores.
Remember to tip him straight, not to the counter.

Awesome massage for a great price. I was able to walk in and get a professional massage on the spot and one that fit my time constraints. They also offer facials, body scrubs and reflexology. Appreciated being able to charge my massage without an up charge so I could save my cash! Wish I found them before my last day in Bajo!

the massage was good and the therapist focused on the areas I wanted her to work on. the spa is clean and has a good "spa" atmosphere. they do their best to create a soothing and peaceful environment. the cost of a 1.5 hour massage was 188k. after the massage, I was given some tea in the lobby and the therapist sat there with me while I drank the tea, waiting expectantly for a tip. I really do not support perpetuating an expectation and entitlement of tips for every single service in Indonesia.

We went twice in the 2 days that we were in Labuan Bajo. It was a very good massage!
The masseuse felt the painpoints and worked on it thoroughly in stead of just doing the steps.
After the massage, you can take a (good) shower to remove the cream/oil used for massage.
Great experience!

The Flores Spa never fails! I have been several times during my stay in Labuan Bajo and have enjoyed it every time. The place is very clean, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommended!

We were blown away by our treatments.
My wife and I got a one hour traditional massage and a one hour body scrub and was easily the best massage we have received in Indonesia.
Shower afterwards was very clean, very nice environment and it was nice to have a therapist who didn't babble on with the others or try to get small talk out of me.
Very professional. Girls should be commended for their top work!!

Four of us enjoyed lovely massages - very clean facility, good explanation beforehand of types of massages available, nice glass of tea afterwards completed the very enjoyable experience. May even return today on our last day here!

Have nothing to complain about with this parlor. It’s really professional all the way through. For the massages they offer you the choice between different scented oils or creams. And even offer a complimentary tea after. The price is around 10 € for a hour

I walked into this place randomly not expecting much. I ended up getting a super massage by an expert. I walked out feeling like I was 20 again😊

After having read the many positive reviews I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage for me and my boyfriend. We chose the aromatherapy massage with the „relax“ style. My massage started of by an immense amount of oil being rubbed on my back. In the beginning I thought that was just some kind of „warm-up“ procedure, but she continued by just kind of stroking my back and distributing the oil... there was no pressure whatsoever. When she asked if the „pressure“ was okay I told her to increase it. This didn’t happen. So I told her again. Again no changes. After 10 Minutes she started to apply oil to my arm and rubbing it there. I couldn’t stand this for 90 Minutes and asked my boyfriend next to me if his massage was okay and he sayed yes, so again I asked her to increased the pressure because this was just a really bad massage. She then told me that „relax“ style doesn’t include much pressure so we agreed to change the massage to a traditional one. After that it got slightly better. At least some pressure, sometimes. But it felt like she didn’t really know what to do sometimes and frequently fell back into just pouring more and more oil on me and distributing it all over my body... maybe I‘ve been too spoiled by good massages in Bali... maybe I just had the one bad masseuse... however, my boyfriends massage was also only okay-ish and in the end when massaging his scalp she tore on his hair so much that he had a headache. At least with 200.000 ruphia (approximately 15 EUR) the massage was really cheap so not a lot of money was lost. However, I really can not recommend going there. Just wait until you get back to Bali...
