We did the morning class here and loved it, the instructor explained all the different thai ingredients and the class was a good size (6). The food all turned out really well, by the end of the class we were completely stuffed!

Spot On. Excellent value for money course, tasty food, good company and teacher and the recipe book is exactly what you want to take home so you can continue your fun. Not really a review writer...as you can tell, but felt they deserved it.

I took a half day class learning how to cook Thai foods, the basic ones like pad thai and curry. Our group had so much fun and the teachers were great, very informative. I didn't believe that I made those foods myself at the end of the day. We also got a little certificate and a book of recipes. Definitely worth a great time in Chiang Mai!

Took part in a morning class this week and had such a fantastic time. The ladies who run the classes are lovely and have really good English so communication is no barrier. We got to choose the dishes we made and alter them according to taste for example if you wanted spicer food or no meet, it was really flexible. Also went on a market trip before the class where we found out about all the thai ingredients, the only downer was that there was so much to remember... but to combat that they provided you with a cookery book after the class so you can recreate these simple but fantastic dishes back home! Definitely would recommend this course both to those serious cooks and travellers just wanting to have some fun!! Really great!
