This not the Bahamas so do not expect that level of water clarity but this is a great swimming beach about an hour and half outside of downtown Fukuoka. Take the subway from Tenjin to Meinohama. Stay on the subway as it transitions to a train. Get off the subway/train at

We experienced swimming at end of september at keya beach. It was nit the most beautiful beach of this area but water was around 22 to 24 degrees and only 1 jelly fish. Water was very clear ! Great to stop and to swim for short time
