Up to hour drive from Chiang Mai, very nice 👍 park with al lot activities like zip-line or walking 🚶♂️ on ropes, climbing on small wall or rope net. Great for kids and adults not being afraid for heights. There is activity with elephants 🐘 what we have not done. This area is full of attractions in neighbourhood like ATV, tiger 🐅 kingdom, orchids exhibition, elephants 🐘 poo 💩 paper 📝 or elephants sanctuary

Booked it through my hotel and they picked me up as a solo traveller. Did the large course and enjoyed it thoroughly! Excellent instructors and environment. The food provided at the end was tasty. Lockers are provided to safekeep valuables with a refundable deposit of 200 baht.

Staff are friendly. Good quality food with clean facilities. Spacious locker.
However, 6-8 of the main(best) obstacle's were missing. Spent longer traveling then on the obsticals. Paid 1200 for the small and large course. Would say it's not good money for value. After completing both courses was left thinking 'is that it'. Would not recommend unless you live close.

So I paid 1,200baht for the large package (to do everything). It was over in about an hour, was way to quick and left me thinking ‘is that it’ because I thought I may have only done the small one, but no that was both. They had also removed the best 7 obstacles, which was disappointing and made it shorter. Wouldn’t pay 1,200 for this. However staff were friendly and food good.

Waste of money and time. I’ve done zip lining in a few countries and this one was just not nowhere near as good. I did the medium package and was disappointed to find there was only two actual zip lines( one was about 5m long ) along with the climbing obstacles. In my opinion this was more of a climbing experience than zip-lining experience and was devastated with the whole experience in general as we were rushed through the course in half an hour to allow a big group to go on afterwards. Yet afterwards we were left waiting for two and half hours on our lift home.

Me and my boyfriend paid for the medium challenge, we were picked up from our hotel at 12pm and taken to the adventure park, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that we had the whole place to ourselves! We were surprised that you are in charge of fastening yourself on, the guide stays on the floor but is there if you need them! We got 3 zip lines and over 20 courses in the air! It was a scary experience but definitely one we won’t forget! We also got dinner included after and a free top and bottle of water which was good! We were also taken back to our hotel after, so in total the afternoon lasted around 3.5 hours!

Me and my girlfriend booked the medium course which includes 29 obstacles! We expected the place to be busy but luckily we got there after them transferring us from our hotel to it been so quiet! We had our own safety person overlooking us he whole way as you hooked yourself and did everything yourself. Some of the obstacles are hard and can be scary but it’s so much fun! You get included a free t-shift to take away, lunch afterwards, water and a locker.
Great fun and good price!

Went to the Phoenix zip slide with my wife today and had a great time and a good bit of exercise whilst enjoying ourselves. I am 53 but my wife is still on the right side of 50 and we are of average fitness. This experience required us to put a bit of work in, we chose the small and medium combined experience witch basically means the large. This is run by the same company that runs the eagle zip line tour and we did this tour last year and we thoroughly enjoyed this as well, if I was to pick between the 2 I think the eagle tour wins and this is because they have more zip lines and they are longer as well. Phoenix is quite modern and very safe and you are always attached to a safety line at all times and you are provided with all the necessary equipment helmet, gloves and harness etc. Our guide was called "Guitar" and he was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice complimentary lunch afterwards and it was nice and tasty and freshly made. I would recommend this trip.
