Far, far, far exceeded my expectations. Lisa ran a workshop for me and 16 others in my hen party, we made tons in the time and she ran a very slick operation with the perfect balance between keeping things ticking along while not making people feel rushed. And the chocolate is just divine. I also really enjoyed the sciencey bits... More

We had a lovely time making chocolate yesterday at one of Lisa's two-hour workshops. We were the third couple from our family to go and I suspect there are more to come. It's fun, it's easy, it's relaxed, it's friendly and you go home with a really satisfying (and tasty) end product. I'm doing this review now but I've already... More

I loved showing your group how to make chocolates and seeing their faces when they packaged up their incredible hand made creations was priceless! I hope to see you and another group of young people again very soon. More

I was lucky enough to spend a morning at The Chocolate Tart on Saturday 10th December, I had a fantastic morning. Lisa is a great instructor she explains clearly and then lets you get creative with your design. I look forward to booking another workshop in the New Year. I will most certainly tell all my friends about these workshops.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of receiving a gift experience and visited Lisa in her fab workshop. A small number of people gather together and very soon become friends whilst enjoying this fab experience of chocolate making. Learnt lots and came away with oodles of lovely home made chocolates just in time for Christmas. Will... More

My sister organised a chocolate making workshop with friends and family for my mum's 80th birthday. We had a blast! Lisa makes the learning experience so much fun and advises and instructs in such a lovely way. The time flew past and we were all so proud of our truffles and chocolate 'boxes' with decorated lids. The session really brings... More

I spent 3 hours making beautiful chocolates, learnt a lot about how to work with chocolate and had just the best fun. Lisa is a really generous teacher. She shares her knowledge in a fantastically interesting way and the time sped by. In this lovely atmosphere, all participants became friends so never worry about attending on your own. Absolutely worth... More

My daughter bought me a 2 hour chocolate making experience for fathers day. Held in a lovely building in a great setting, we joined 7 others and had a great few hours making a variety of chocolate concoctions whilst being encouraged by the owner, Lisa, to eat vast amounts of delicious Belgian chocolate. Lisa was a great host - relaxed... More

My friend and I joined the 3 hour workshop today and it more than met our expectations. We produced loads of lovely chocolates in a friendly and relaxing environment and learnt techniques so that we can do it all again at home. We both recommend this to anybody who is interested in food technology and making beautiful things, no prior... More

Good luck with your tempering practice. I hope that i have inspired you with the knowledge and confidence to spot when your chocolate is off temper. Don't forget to drop me an email if you have problems that you would like me to troubleshoot. More
