This place is properly built and really gives the children the feel of their pretend jobs. Everyone is so warm and patient to the kids. We would keep coming back to this fun ”work place”!

This is a unique place. It's a lot of fun for kids and they do a great job maintaining the place unlike other play areas in the Philippines. The major downside is that you don't really get to do very many things because each activity is so long. Then there's a 10-15 min break in between. They don't let parents wait in lines for their kids too, so it means that in 3 hours, my daughter only got to do 4 activities.

We went to Kidzania not knowing what to expect. It was a nice surprise. From the moment you line up for your tickets, the experience begins. The entrance lobby has been transformed into an airport check-in so it feels like you're lining up not for tickets but rather to check-in to CebuPacific Airline. Then you enter a little town for the kids which are all miniaturized places you'd find in a town: Bank, shops, restaurants, hospital, dentist, fire department, and MORE! You must begin by sending your child to the bank so he or she can open up their bank account. Just a warning to helicopter parents: this may not be your thing because adults are not allowed into the establishments. This means your child has to line up in the bank on their own, etc. After opening a bank account your child then needs to find a job at the different places ie. Fitefighter, doctor, surgeon, paramedic, dentist, marine researcher, to name a few. Each job pays it's own amount of Kidzania "money" depending on what that job contributes to the economy. For example, a paramedic job pays 12 Kidzania dollars whereas a job as a Painter pays 3 Kidzania dollars. Then there are activities your kid can enjoy but will have to pay with Kidzania dollars..such as learning how to make a McDonalds burger (they get to keep the burger they make), recording a song at the studio, riding the tour bus around town, playing games at the carnival, etc..these will cost money. At the end of the day there is a store the kids can go to to use their hard earned Kidzania dollars and buy themselves something. Adults are not allowed in there either so your kid will have to choose their own purchase.
We took our 4 year old which is the minimum age to be able to participate in the establishments; however I feel it is still a young age unless your 4 year old is independent, can verbalize well, and is well socialized. Luckily for us our 4 year old is all of that, so he really enjoyed himself. We also brought our 22 month old and although he wasn't old enough to "work jobs" there were toddler areas he could play in and he was given vouchers to play in the carnival and ride the tour bus. Note: My husband and I had to split up a lot so one can watch the 4 yo and the other can be with the 22 mo.
I would recommend going to Kidzania as soon as they open especially for those with older children so they can maximize their time there. We went on a Wednesday so it was not too crowded but it did get pretty busy right after lunch. I would imagine the weekends are probably insane.
Overall it was a great day. Our kids had a great time, especially our 4 yo. It is an absolutely amazing concept that allows your child to be an adult for a day and learn about working, earning money, independence, etc. The place is set up so incredibly that I would imagine for a child it felt real.
My only complaint would be how crowded it got so lineups for the jobs got very long. So I would suggest to Kidzania to maybe have sign up slots so the kids can schedule their jobs for the day (and it would teach them to be punctual too).
I would definitely recommend Kidzania!

The best role-playing place for kids. It may be pricey but its facilities is world-class. All staff were very approachable except the short-haired chubby woman from Cebpac who's a snob. Hope they have more toy selection at toy kingdom booth coz all the points earned can afford is a green cross alcohol which they could actually give as souvenir.

Went here last July with my toddler (3 yo) using promo tickets from KTX. Considering we pre-purchased tickets so long ago, we thought it would be completely hassle free checking in. But I was wrong. The check-in counter is handled by pseudo-Cebu Pacific agents who handle the entire process as if we were seriously travelling to another country. The pre-purchased ticket lines were extremely long, the check in process was even longer, and to top it all off, we spent over 2K and no one explained to us what Toddler Time was really about. We were ushered around here and there with a page which we needed stamped and yet no formal explanation of how to do this.

I found out eventually that "Toddler Time" allows you to do five specially selected activities with your toddler in the span of a couple hours. Take note, SPECIALLY SELECTED and TIMED ACTIVITIES. But with twenty minute lines per activity, you'll be lucky to get two stamps in one hour. Construction zone and Lady's Choice cooking had at least half hour lines. Considering we need 9 stamps to exchange for a token, after three hours of going back and forth we were nowhere close. And my toddler was getting pretty tired. And there is also no chance of going back to another previously full activity as THEY FREAKIN CLOSE after one hour for toddlers. So if you don't catch them during that hour then you don't get to visit them at all. Case in point, the pharmacy, grocery, etc. were already closed when we tried to go back to them. They are still open for four year olds and up, yet for TODDLERS they are closed. Sigh.

We really only went here to experience the fire station and fire truck only to be disappointed that my three year old could not join any of the jobs. I honestly think it is overpriced for such a limited selection of activities for a three year old. Perhaps they can open more activities, or slash the entrance fee in half for toddler time.

Frankly we ended up at the preschool a couple times and the only saving grace was Teacher Aileen there who was super warm and friendly.

** If they would like to organize an activity called TODDLER TIME then they should designate a day JUST FOR TODDLERS so EVERYTHING WILL BE OPEN FOR THEM THE ENTIRE DAY. Rather than limit the activities and just have the two and three year olds pathetically watching and looking on at activities they would like to join themselves. Such a disappointment.

There are a lot of activities available. Kids, especially those aged 4-7 years old, will surely learn a lot and have fun. For guardians, there's not much to do but to wait for the kids to finish each activity, requires patience.

The interesting and fun place for children to do many different jobs and can earn KidZania money and can spend them. And it’s very accessible.

Time well-spent with the clan. Our visit was pre-arranged. Check-in went smoothly.

Foreign kidzos can be exchanged in the BPI kidzos branch inside. I raised eyebrows that one had to go line up in the bank before being allowed to use the kidzo bills in any establishment. If the concept was to clearly state there is a kidzo currency exchange between Kidzania in different countries then it would be worthwhile. The conversion is 1:1 anyway.

Musical theatre we looked forward to going was only available at 10am. Pity that they did not have other sessions.

Kids aged from 5 to 11 years old in our party had a great time.

Very limited choices for meals. I struggled with the absence of Via Mare. This was the perk for adults that I enjoyed in previous visits.

Charging station in the parents’ lounge was useful.

Earth science-related establishments are a plus for Kidzania Philippines.
