you need to get clearance before hand and also get visitor registration. do carry a valid identity document on hand. also go with enough time on your hand and go early in the day as it shuts at about 4pm.

The Philippine Army Museum and Library, is now located at the Philippine Army Complex, BGC. It used to be earlier located at MacArthur Avenue, BGC. The museum has recorded, preserved stories of the Philippine Army. You need to get clearance and get visitor registration done....More
