Bonifacio High Street is a good place to go for a walk on a cool, sunny afternoon. It is walking distance from SM Aura and Market Market so you can easily get from point A to point B with ease. It's a clean and well kept area that offers a variety of shops, food and snack options to choose from. Want to bring your pets? No problem! Bonifacio High Street is pet friendly so feel free to let your furry friends tag along for a walk and a bite to eat. Some stores that you will see include: Bench's flagship store, Charles and Keith, Pet City, Lush, Aldo, Hobbes and Landes and Nike Park. Among the list of restaurants to choose from are: Mango tree, Italianni's, The Wholesome Table, Din Tai Fung, and Fowlbread. They also have drink and snack stalls that you can grab quick bites from. Some examples include: Irvin's Salted Egg, Tiger Sugar and FRNK Milk Bar. I think it is a great spot to be in when you get tired of the hustle and bustle of the more crowded areas around the Metro. There are a few downsides though which are: The BHS area can get very hot during summer and you might find yourself getting annoyed with the intense heat. It is also more difficult to secure seats in areas that have air conditioning. The same applies during days that are quite rainy and windy. It seems to be a good business strategy for some places as customers need a place to get out of the rain or intense heat. Once you've gone around the area enough times it can get a bit saturating, though I guess that this applies to any other area you go to visit frequently. However I would say that I recommend this to travelers as well since it can feel a little bit more like home for some and is one of the more safer parts of the Metro to be in.

Opened in 2007 as a mixed-use development comprised of food and retail shops at the Ground Floor and Offices at the Second Floor. This is the first development of it's kind with Ayala Land, Inc. as the Owner/Developer with GF & Partners, Architects as the local Architect for the 1st phase. The place is highlighted by a spacious landscape fronting the shops on both sides were families of all ages can enjoy. Pets are allowed within the area. Interactive art works are located at each segment of the development. To date, BHS has expanded to add to phases High Street Central and Central Square.

It’s a cozy place within BGC, where you can leisurely walk, enjoy the greenery, and try the different dining options and shopping places on binge sides of the street. I like this place better than going to the shopping malls. The air is clean within this area.

There are various restaurants offering Japanese, Korean, Filipinos, and other cuisines as well as cafes.

We were there because of Van Gogh Alive. Such a nice place to just stroll specially in the evening. A lot of restaurants and cafes. I also noticed kids playing around and made me feel safe. Whether you are with family or friends, walking around the area would be worthwhile.

Bonifacio High Street is an excellent place to stroll. The place has many cafés, restaurants, and shops. It might be a little bit troublesome if you walk in the scorching heat because there's only air conditioning inside the shops. This place is also a very good place to have dinner. There a some good restaurants in this area like Italianni's, Crystal Jade, Pound by Todd English, Sariwon Korean Barbecue and Din Tai Fung.

This area is just around the corner from the Seda Hotel, an area with a lovely wide open green space, along with plenty of shops and eating places.

What started out as a promising template for an upscale modernized and gentrified city had become instead the bane that afflicts the general template of usual scenarios that contributed to awarding Manila as the third city in the world with the lowest quality of life. Buildings here mushroomed exponentially so close to each other that obliterated appreciation of its burgeoning architecture. Green areas for users to breathe better were seemingly eschewed in favor of purely commercial endeavors. It is a beautiful development as a whole, a much-improved concept vis-a-vis comparisons with existing infrastructure elsewhere, to include orderly zoning and hidden electrical/cable wiring. Condo and office sales earlier catered to the investment hopes of expats and affluent local clientele as well as entrepreneurial business initiatives.

Yet what you see now is a veneer of the good life interspersed with the same traffic blight (vg. St. Luke’s Med Clinic area) and ugly disfigurement caused by compacted buildings right next to each other. Overall, a good concept that was swallowed by development greed, and an overhyped promise that reneged on a model template of quality.
