We did truffle hunting experience with Moreno just a week ago. So nice experience, landscape was amazing and so exiting to see the thrill of hunting dogs! And lunch after was sooo good, we had eggs with truffles and of course hand made pasta. Really amazing time. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience with my family! The thrill of the dogs sniffing and digging for the truffles and the joy when pulling it out of the ground is very memerable. A unique activity to do and would definitely contact this company again.

On our third visit to Force we decided to try something different and found Moreno on Tripadvisor.
On a wet morning we met Moreno in Comunanza and headed into the hills "15 minutes" drive. Sometime later we reached the top of a hill and met the truffle hunter and his dog. I had pretty low expectations of a walk in the rain in the woods I have to say. How wrong could I be? Watching the truffle hunter and his dog work and find black truffles at irregular intervals on the walk was amazing. The highlight being a white truffle which even the poker faced hunter got excited about. We found maybe 5 black truffles and one half of a white one in less than an hour. Amazing!
Moreno then said we would go to lunch on a Slo-Food farm near by "15 mins". Sometime later we reached the most beautiful farm and relaxed by walking around the kitchen garden as the host picked and snipped what turned out to be our lunch.
Tempura Courgette flowers, meat anti pasti, linguine with the very black truffles we had found, pork and apricot medallion. All washed down with farm grown Montepulciano wine by the half litre.
Without Moreno we would never have found such an amazing place, food or experience thank you so much it was unique.

Had the most amazing day hunting for truffles with Moreno, followed by the most delicious lunch at agriturismo la conca. We were ten people ranging from 64 to 25 and we all had a fantastic time. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Le Marche

We had a great morning last week, guided by Moreno as we followed the hunter and his dogs out from their farmhouse into the woods. It was the most perfect weather, a clear, warm autumnal morning and the countryside and views were beautiful. We all really enjoyed learning about truffles and watching the dogs at work. It wasn't long before we had collected a handful and could head off for lunch to taste them on delicious bruschetta and plates full of steaming hot pasta! Thank you Moreno, for being a wonderful host and for giving us such an insight into this local speciality and the world of truffles!

My husband & I were travelling the East Mediterranean & Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche region in celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary. It was a most incredible & wonderful trip. Our last week was spent with Moreno, to explore this part of Italy. It was more then we could've dreamed. Moreno was totally organized & all the planned activities lived up to all we hoped for. Absolutely, the truffle hunting day experience with Moreno, Spina (Truffle hunting Dog) & owner Giovanni, was the "Star Winner", of the week!! I even gave Giovanni a big 'ol Canadian hug, in appreciation of our fantastic day!! "Memories Spent With Moreno", of Le Marche Region, will be in our heart & spirit forever. Loved, Loved it!!

Its Great to hear about such an ideal thing to do in Le Marche. I am sure it is a winner, However it is not widely know that Truffle Hunting is available . It needs more media

My daughter organised for us to fly to Le marche for a truffle hunt during Easter long weekend. Moreno was our tour guide for the weekend. The truffle hunt was a great experience. Moreno also organised for us to have an authentic Italian cooking lesson. The food was simple but absolutely delicious with terrific local produce. Moreno also organised for us to go wind tasting which we loved!!! Bought some wine to take back home with us. The accommodation was at a farm called Agriturismo ramuse. The owner of the farm is such a nice man and the food he made us every night tasted delicious. Overall we had an amazing time. It was an experience that we won't forget. We highly recommend Moreno as a tour guide. We can't wait to return again. Le marche what a wonderful place!!

We took 2 excursions with Moreno Moretti, and both were great fun, unforgettable and educational. We visited wine cantinas which we would never have found on our own and the opportunity to taste a variety of wines together with local produce, made our holiday. Just a pity that we were not able to buy a large quantity to take back home.
Truffle hunting was an experience we will never forget, fascinating for all the family. From the beautiful location to the friendly guides and Moreno's easy and relaxed way of getting everyone involved.
He also offers many other excursions which we would love to try but ran out of time. Well worth contacting him.

An amazing time truffle hunting with Moreno! The views on the hike alone were worth the trip, then learning how to hunt for truffles was such a cool experience. Topping that off with a truffle-infused meal that I'll never forget and fun tours of local wineries to boot. This is the way to experience Italy. The Marche is my new favorite region!

Hi! I am traveling to Italy this June with my husband and our 14 year old daughter. We are looking for interesting experiences and this truffle experience sounds amazing (it may be the wrong season but it's worth a shot)! I don't see a website or email info for Moreno.
