Convenient spot adjacent to Waitrose for an excellent cappuchino and if desired fresh pastries. Very clean and always cheerful and courteous owner.

Why this landmark has been featured on Tripadvisor as an "attraction" escapes me. It's a town clock tower. OK, it has been recently cleaned up and looks prettier than it did, but is it worth anything more than looking out for as you pass on...More

Tasty and very nourishing high-quality food which keeps you going all day long. They will tailor the food to how you like it, it is like having your own professional chef. I have not eaten Syrian food before but if this is a fair example...More

The Clock Tower itself is quite nice and the signage is informative, but as it essentially sits roadside, it seems a little understated.

It's a clock tower near Waitrose. Seriously not a local attraction, and certainly wouldn't bother going out of your way to look at it. If you walk past it great, if not don't bother.

It has the Clock Tower Cafe beside it and just behind is Claremont Gardens, which is an open space and a nice place to sit on a warm day!
