Only open Sat & Sunday & we visited on a Thursday. Nil signage in English neither here or anywhere in the town. Look at the history of this Castle & Isobel the Catholic Queen on Wikipedia-fascinating. Apparently this Castle was used/possibly restored for a series...More

The castle itself looks very beautiful. But truth be told around there, there's nothing you can do except for taking photos.
