In the very short time we were there (about 12:15 until 2:30 pm), we had the opportunity to learn about the history of the winery, take a scenic electric cart through the winery, learn about wine making, and taste a couple of wines. Our guide - Elia - was very knowledgeable and gave excellent explanations about the winery history and... More

An unplanned trip due to inclement weather. A pleasant surprise. Very informative and interesting. The trains are a great way to travel around the large estate and even though we were on the 'Spanish tour' we were given earphones to plug in and listen in English.

Torres winery you might be thinking is in Chile. Actually they have vineyards in CA as well. This location in Penedes has all their wines from around the world that they produce Nice setting. We did not go on the tour, but the winery provided samples, & tapas. Small fee

It was an interesting visit and certainly more than informative, but it is far from what wine-production has been. Nothing at all is left to surprise anymore – every single step is registered and the production process computerized to perfection. Surely, the result can produce excellent wines with a persistent quality, but I question myself – do they still have... More

Most of the tour was on a road train which meant it would be good for those with limited mobility. The guide was very knowledgeable and communicated well. As is usual with such tours, it involved quite a bit of positive PR for Torres but that did not detract from the factual information offered about wine production. The tasting included... More

Dear JeffandJane15, Thank you so much for your opinion. We are happy you found the tour and the information given to your liking. There are different options to choose from when it comes to the tasting; such as a tasting of five wines or a pairing of four wines and four cheeses, to name a few. Although in summer many... More

One of the best winery tours I have been on. The train that takes you around is awesome. You get the history of how the winery began and what it is today. We ended the tour with a four wine and cheese pairing tasting. Talk about a great experience. They also have brandy tastings. Their 30 year brandy is worth... More

They are top and very aware of it. Visitors are meant to be impressed in all aspects. A real impressive winery and location, nice and helpful staff and quite good wines to taste at the end. If you want to visit, make a booking in advance, even though when we arrived there were only about 10-12 tourists for the tour. To get there, we took the R4 train from Pl. Catalunya (almost 10 € for a return... More

You need to book in advanced, specially in the summer. However, always speak with your hotel beforehand as they might be able to get you a space in the daily tours. It's really worth every penny. They show you around the cavas as well as the vineyards. They also give you a good tasting of their well known wines

I've been ther to celebrate a company meeting. They have a theater for company meetings with videowall, good cinema chairs, wireless micropphones, etc. After the meeting we visit the Cavas with a train from Bodegas Torres that shows us how family Torres build this place, taking care of the armony of nature. It's a good guided visit. What I don't... More
