It is a winderful place, natural wonder very well conserved. Amazing and a must do if you visit Chiapas! Clean and not expensive at all! 2 canopes 400 and 600 meters long are fun.

This place is nice! We camped in the parking lot and had the place to ourselves at night and in the morning. There are also cabanas for rent. The falls are spectacular and the river very pleasant.

The drive from San Cristobal is short but full of turns and speed bumps. If going on a tour van you will probably need Dramamine. Once there, you have a choice of going left or right...a word of caution: if you take the right side...More

This waterfall attraction is very beautiful. Lots of stairs moving up through a series of waterfalls is a bit strenuous but probably not for the younger set. Plus! You can zip-line down!

On a day long trip to the falls and Montebello lakes. The falls are clean, spotless, seemingly endless. A great guide provided gratis. We hiked to the top, incredible views and colors. A short chance to swim in chilly waters. An incredible outing! But, not...More

The place is just wonderful everything is nature. The place is very clean and the walking time all the way up is like a 45 minute walk and it is steep. No walk for people with disabilities, it is a shame. But the place is...More

We visited these waterfalls in December & the experience itself was amazing; the waterfalls & the places to swim are very worth it (or cost $30 MXN), but getting there was a nightmare because the highways we had to take (from San Cristobal de las...More

Likely the most picturesque waterfall in the world. Moderate hike in and then zip line out for like 9 USD. I can't believe this place isn't super crowded, it should be the top tourist destination in all of Mexico.

Nice to see. We were late, but having time you can also jump for a swim in this stunning place. There is also a dry cave with a river inside. For a bit extra. Of course. ;)

Everyone says it's beautiful, and wow, yes. Left side or right side? (When you arrive there are two entrances not 50 feet apart. As you drive out from Tzomil, the first is the "right" and the second is "left.") We took the left because we...More
