Very nice lagoon filled with flamingoes and other birds. The walkway is shared with marine iguanas, that use it to get to/from the ocean. Very nice spot.

My first time ever seeing wild flamingos, it was awesome! The lakes themselves are kind of mucky and gross but lots of birds like that. Worth the walk either to the turtle center or out toward the wall of tears to see them.

Nice board walk takes you through the marshy wetlands and gives you the opportunity to get us close with some of the few Flamingos that live in the Galápagos. At only around 400 flamingos here you may see 20 or so here at close quarters...More

I did this on the evening I arrived on Isabela. The lagunas were extremely beatiful with the setting sun light and were full of different birds, including at least 20 flamingo. It was great to watch these beatiful birds bathing and "chatting" in the water...More

We passed by this area each night on our way to dinner. We only ever saw one Flamingo here. However, there were tons of them at the nearby Wetlands Complex.

Very cool place to watch the flamingos chill. I could stare at them all day, so this was great for me, however; if you are not a flamingo person, probably less fun. The flamingos are all in the beginning of the walk. We had thought...More

Lagoon is so close to all the lodging. I walked there twice to see birds are different times of the day. The Flamingos are beautiful. Keep walking to the back and you hit the entrance to the turtle reserve.

Some of the best Flamingos I've ever seen. Probably about 25 of them. Long walk but worth it. Great trail and the National Center at the end is really worth seeing.

I walked this on the way back from wall of tears. It is a 10 minute walk along the boardwalk starting beside the Iguana Crossing Hotel. Saw quite a few flamingos and some iguanas. The walk ends at the tortoise breeding sanctuary, so it’s worth...More
