Buffulo bay is my recommendation, if one wants to stay on ko Phayam , no large waves, no surfing , but the water has a better color and is more clear then on long beach . Was here during rain/low season so had my share of rainy and sunny days and empty beach! Some nice swings around, the bay is lovely to watch from the sand or your balcony, esp at sunset. Buffalo Bay is two miles of pure sand leading into clean water. There is no pollution here and no litter on the beach. What a change from the rest of South East Asia. Even in high season this beach is not crowded. As you walk along the beach you can take your choice of numerous bars and restaurants. You will be spoiled for choice. And you will be sure to come back.…
