觀光客很少的地方，理論上是莒光的政治中心但是卻比東莒更落後的感覺，碼頭租的車子也是最破爛的，還有碼頭旁邊的廁所雖然沒有滿出來或有異味但是不知道為什麼就是感覺有點破爛跟髒的感覺

當年國共戰爭時，小小的青帆村進駐了美國西方公司的情報員，協助我國情蒐的工作；目前雖以人去樓空，但就當時的人物背景之下看看其改建中的山海一家，以及街道，還是值得登島一訪；不過大多建物都顯老舊，喜歡訪古的你應該會喜歡這古樸的村落
