Beautiful remains for the ford surrounded by huge boulders. Not many people around, great place for a nice small picnic lunch.

Fort is on the second largest single stone Rock mountain and built by Tippu and best time to visit on Aug 15 independence day other days less crowded or no people visiting . One of the neglected monument in karnataka.

Better than chitradurga fort. It's very distinct in its own way with lots of rocks and water sources made during those days. Should go with a group as less number of people after a particular point.

This is a historic place and nice private place for couple to sit and roam. One can see the entire Ballari from this fort.
