Visited the East MacDonnell Ranges, and enjoyed the outback feeling, hikes and scenery here. Great thing is that all roads leading towards the sights are sealed or in good condition.

Basically the only thing to go see, unless you want to drive 5-6 hours to see Ayers Rock

World class. Don't miss the bird show. The layout and the variety is just excellent, and the staff very helpful.

All the gorges and gaps were fabulous. We stayed overnight at Glen Helen Resort which was over priced and and not very nice. We visited every stop from Red's Bluff to Simpson Gap. Loved them all.

We went for a short (1.5 hour) bushwalk with some friends while staying in Alice Springs. It was challenging but incredible! The colours and variety of things to see was easily as impressive as other more famous attractions such as Kata Tjuta and Uluru.
