HeliSpirit’s award winning Bungle Bungle Helicopter Flight Tours departing from in the Purnululu National Park give the full flight time over the Bungle Bungle. Minimum 2 people, no additional costs. 15% of the price goes back to the national park. Flights operate from April, when the Park opens, to October. Choose from 3 different flight options. 18 minute domes special 30 minute Original Bungle Bungle helicopter flight 42 minute Long Look taking in the eastern park of the massif as well as the western side.

Had an amazing 18 minute helicopter scenic flight over the Bungles with our pilot, Jed. The views were absolutely stunning especially in the afternoon light, and Jed’s commentary was interesting, funny and informative.
I would highly recommend everyone check out the Bungles from a heli, the perspective is unique and will take your breath away.
Thanks Jed and Dave for making our whole experience so wonderful.

After a morning exploring the amazing Domes and Cathedral Gorge we took a 30 minute helicopter flight with HeliSpirit, which took us over many of the inaccessible parts of the Purnululu National Park .
For us ,this put the inspiring Bungle Bungle into perspective ,revealing its size and beauty.
Our pilot was very informative , without sticking to a 'script '- and the safety aspects of the very exciting flight were impressive .

My favorite part of the amazing experience was the whole trip. Our pilot Leon was incredible a very knowledgeable gentleman giving more than enough information about Purnululu and surrounding areas.
I would highly recommend enjoying this wonderful part of Australia from the air with Leon piloting for HeliSpirt.

There were 3 of us taking the 30 minute tour and my position behind the pilot was not a good one.
Liam our pilot referred to a lot of things on the left hand side such as looking down into gorges etc and from my position when I looked out my window I did not see the things he was talking about. Also there was no manoeuvring of the helicopter so that I had the opportunity to view the same things the others saw.
This was something that I was very much looking forward to doing and at $479 not something I decided to do lightly. Im very disappointed with my experience and don’t feel that it was worth the money. Im sure it would have been a different experience had I been on the other side.
I highly recommend only 2 people in a helicopter sitting on the left hand side so that you both get to see everything and no one misses out.

Our route over the Bungle Bungle range is designed to optimise views for all our passengers throughout the duration of the flight.

This was the best way to experience the Bungle Bungle without the trip along the corrugated road. We left from the Bungle Bungle caravan park which was a great base to leave from as it is only 1km off the main road.
Right form the very first phone call, Tim and Aden provided excellent service. The booking process was easy and flexible as needed. We traveled with a little dog, so originally we were going to book 2 separate flights. The guys in the office suggested and arranged for us to leave the dog with the girls in the office in the caravan park. This was just brilliant from our perspective, our dog was looked after, and we both got to share the experience together.
Both Tim and Aden were awesome. They were very professional enuring that we were comfortable with everything to do with the safety briefing and inside the helicopter. We were able to talk to the pilot and ask questions and he was very knowledgeable. Seeing the Bungle Bungle from the air was an experience well worth the money, and we appreciated the excellent service provided.

This was on our bucket list, even though I am really afraid of heights. I am so glad we pushed through as it was spectacular. Leon was professional and helped keep me calm so I could enjoy the once in a lifetime experience. Flying from the bungle bungle caravan park saved us 2hrs on a rough road so definitely worth the extra $50.

Our 30 minute scenic flight over the Bungle Bungles was just incredible!
Liam our pilot was extremely knowledgeable and made our flight even more enjoyable.

We had spent a few days exploring Purnululu from the ground, and the 42 minute flight with Leon absolutely completed a glorious experience. Leon was very knowledgeable and pleased to share his understanding of this amazing site. We felt seeing it from the air was the perfect way to conclude our time in this wondrous place. Thoroughly recommend, it would be a shame if you missed this opportunity to view the amazing pieces of nature.

Took the 42 minute flight over the park with our excellent pilot Liam who was very knowledgeable and gave us the best view of the park.
We could not fault the pilot or the area covered this is a must. Having seen the park from the ground this gave us a whole new perspective of the flight.

Unfortunately we were notified that Purnululu National Park was closed a couple of days prior to us due to arrive at Savannah Lodge, but luckily for us HeliSpirit aerial flights were still operating. Tom our pilot was excellent. Tom’s easy going manner made us feel very comfortable and his in depth commentary of Purnululu Nature Park was fantastic (by explaining and describing Purnululu at the correct quantity - not too much info , and not too little) and always very informative & interesting. The 40 minute flight was just right, in that it allowed us to view all aspects of this spectacular and stunning park. The flights, ‘I feel’ that are under 40 minutes in duration, will leave the customer ‘short changed’, as they will miss out on seeing stunning areas of Purnululu, which are not available in flights of shorter duration. My wife and I were in awe with the beauty and vastness of the park, and we are still pinching ourselves that we were able to experience this great adventure - Thank you Tom & HeliSpirit.
