Really enjoyed the museum....very well done & learnt a lot about truffles! Nice gesture to serve you truffle pate & truffle flavoured crisps at the end of the tour!

We were cycling and found this in a small village outside of Carcassonne. They have a wonderful museum and great store filled with Truffle everything. It is a bit off the beaten path, but well marked.
