My family traveled to Colombia last summer to visit family and this was one spot my father in law couldn't wait to take us to. We loved the setting and the nature walk, albeit little tough, was a welcomed walk through Colombia's country side. We saw natural fauna, animals and ate some of the most amazing Colombian dishes. This restaurant... More

Lovely place to go to see some wildlife on a Sunday and get a great lunch in the restaurant at the same time. Really friendly and helpful staff. Long climb to the viewpoint bit worth it for the great outlook across the valley.

This is a great place to look at plants, flowers, birds, creeks, butterflies while hiking to the top of the mountain, where you will see a great view of the Cauca Valley. This used to be a coffee farm and has been turned into a nature reserve; they also have a nice restaurant where they serve locally grown tilapias. The... More

This is a really nice, quiet picturesque place to visit. You see birds, butterflies, flowers etc. Also, we jogged up parts of this and it was great exercise. This is a nice change from the city of Cali, and easy to get to.

The scenery particularly the plants and flowers were awesome. I would have given a very good but our tour guide was not very good or interested in talking. Young man working the butterfly garden was very nice and will to show aspects of garden.

Nirvana is a tranquil and beautiful place to visit. The walk around the reserve takes you through many varieties of tropical plants, pretty flowers, colourful butterflies and natural wildlife including the Barranquero bird. There are amazing views over Cali and Palmira and the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful with excellent customer service and delicious food at the restaurant. The trout... More

We went to this attraction expecting a trail full of scenery and some sort of theme. There were vague mentions online and by word of mouth that there was some fantasy theme here (fairies, dwarves, witches, etc). There was none of that, but frankly it was not part of the attraction to me. Still, the trail itself left much to... More

Beautifully cared for plantings of Heliconias and other local plants in a jungle-like garden, and magnificent sancocho a grilled FRESH trout on the menu.
