We met Andrea at The Rialto Bridge for the Classic Venice Tour. We spent a great couple of hours learning about the history of Venice and some of it's famous residents of the past. Andrea was good fun and informative. We ended our tour at the magnificent church of St John & St Paul and Andrea gave us lots of... More

Last week my son and I had the pleasure of meeting and being guided by Paula. A total professional. On time and in tune with our needs as her clients. Her English was superb and her knowledge of the city was complete. We got what we paid for; a full day, a comprehensive view of Venice, a fun Venetian lunch... More

Walter got back to me very quickly and assigned us Paola as a tour guide. I asked them to focus the tour on habits and anecdotes so my students would be interested and would remember the most out of it. Paola met us at the train station at our arrival. She was wonderful and great at telling us about the... More

We had a wondeful tour with Walter. We knew Venice and its attractions alread so we were looking for something more from the inside. We found it! Walter is a very nice guy and we discovered a lot of different things and places we wouldn't have seen otherwise! Thanks Walter! And see you on our next trip to Venice!

It was the first time I visited Venezia and I had no idea of what kind of things I'd find or learn, though I felt very enthusiast about it. Then the guid came and made us more enthusiast ever! He teached us so much amazing things we didn't know and which permit us to bring a new perspective to the... More

We got Walter to organise a symbolic wedding ceremony as part of a 3 hour guided tour of Venice. We started off on foot for an hour in Rialto with our wonderful guide Elisabetta and made our way to a taxi boat that was waiting to take us to the island of San Servolo. In a quiet garden there our... More

Walter introduced us to the basics of rowing a Gondola. After half an hour or so practicing in a safe place with lots of room to make mistakes, we 'got' the movement and went 'downtown'. Walter helped us row through many lovely canals. Venice is beautiful. Being able to row ourselves at our own pace intensified the experience. And for... More

We booked this service from Walter for my parents who had never been to Venice before. They were scared to go because my mom cannot move around on her own and it seemed that Venice was not made for people in wheelchairs. Walter made their dream come true. We had a specially-equipped boat which brought us to San Marco. We... More

Calle delle Botteghe and Salizada San Samuele deserve more mentions for the discerning shopper: Caigo de la Mar is run by a veteran fashionista and her husband and show-cases Cire Trudon, Fornasetti and very beautiful, individual lamps and home-decor items. Worth a wander down this side of Venice. Also for the art galleries.
