Apr 2018 • Couples
For two weeks, during the begging of April 2018, we traveled to South Africa on a tour that was tailored made for us. All the planning was done by e-mail, all our requests we met.
The organization was without a glitch, the guides where on time and all the time. We got a lot of information on the country its people and culture. Small problems that came up where solved by the guide to the best of our satisfaction.
If you want a vacation that all your attention is on the trip this is the agency

Aug 2016 • Family
We traveled during August 2016 for 23 days around South Africa with a tour guide, with all logistics including housing, most meals, car, guide, and itinerary arranged by Anita. the process was effective, through correspondence and one skype call we were able to plan and organize an excellent tour. All places we slept in were remarkable. Prices were affordable - and we felt we received very good quality for the money we paid.
1 month before the trip another family decided to join us for half of the journey. Anita was very accommodating and arranged all changes from a bus, to different lodging almost seamlessly. Highly recommended!!!

Oct 2015 • Friends
In the Fall of 2015 (Springtime in South Africa) a group of 16 friends and family traveled to South Africa/Zimbabwe. The safari tour which we had booked included many of the things we hoped to experience in S.A., but not the famed Garden Route. I found the perfect travel/tour agent to create a Garden Route tour especially for our group, Enchantment Tours. Enchantment Tours offers was offering pre-packaged tours out of Cape Town, but none which left on the day we needed, nor which offered exactly what we hoped to include. This was not a problem for Anita, the most responsive, attentive to detail person with whom I have ever worked! Every time we asked if we might exclude one thing from the itinerary or add another, she said, "Yes, no problem". She arranged not only our transport and events/sightseeing, but also amazing accommodations, fabulous meals and the most wonderful tour guide, Charles. Our group had a reunion in June, and while reminiscing it became clear that out of the trip entire, what each of us remembered most fondly was the time we spent on our specially designed tour of the Garden Route. If you want to make the most of your visit to South Africa I highly recommend contacting Anita at Enchantment Tours. You will not be disappointed!

Trip Advisor Trip review
Looking for a travel agent to help and guide our first trip to South Africa my wife and myself, a Danish couple, came across Enchantment tours, which we never regret and were very happy about.
The E.T. is Anita. A lovely younger Lady of Dutch decent. Running her agency from their comfy guest house Dolphin View in the surfing town of Jeffreys Bay.
From Denmark we started corresponding with Anita almost a year before our departure to SA. We wrote many questions to Anita, and had prompt and satisfied answers, which made us very secure of the project we were to undertake. She arranged everything for us to the smallest detail. Booked for us lovely and interesting places to stay. We had some special wishes for some places to stay, this was no problem, got perfectly arranged. We were furnished with a very detailed road description, and overview of accommodation details. In all we received a PDF file of 140 pages describing all the interesting points and sights on our 3000 km road trip during January / February of 2015.
We are happy to recommend Enchantment Tours for any South Africa adventure. You will find yourself in good hands.

My husband and I have used Enchantment Tours twice and have been more than satisfied on both occasions. The first trip in 2010 was only for a few days, a self-drive tour along the Garden Route - the southern coast of South Africa. However, the hotel we had in Oudtshoorn, as well as the B&B in Mossel Bay, were both fabulous. We were quite stunned.
So when I knew we were making a second trip in 2014, I contacted Anita immediately. She found us a fabulous B&B in Cape Town - gorgeous place - got us booked at just the kind of safari lodge we wanted and then set up a 2 1/2 week self-drive tour through the eastern part of South Africa, along the coast, north into the Drakensberg, then Lesotho and finishing in Johannesburg. It was grand, from start to finish. Some of the places were off the beaten track (in Lesotho, WAY off) but every one was unique.
Anita goes all out, she is available in case there's a problem and she gets it sorted out immediately. You can't ask for more than that.
Please note that although the review says we were there in June 2016, it was actually in August 2014 and August 2010.
Many thanks, Anita, for all your efforts. They are much appreciated.
