There are three basadis in this complex, made around 900 years ago, Shantinath basadi has 20 feet high standing idol of lord shantinatha, is an active temple with a priest doing daily rituals

It's a Buddha's Temple. Not much art work like Hoysaleshwara Temple. It's very near to famous Hoysaleshwara Temple. So one can visit Basadi at no extra cost.

I went to Basadi Halli. It is recommended that tourists visit Basadi Halli, a group of Jain monasteries, on a trip of Halebid. Basadi Halli is known for its polished and mirror-like pillars and its three shrines. It is great place to go.

This monument and temple is very near by halebeedu main temple. The travels people wont take you to this place unless you tell them. So its very pleasant and a must visit. There were three jain temples in this complex and beautiful architecture.
