This is a great place to walk the dogs particularly if it's wet or has been raining alot making the parks too muddy. Recently there has been a problem with broken bottles where the youth have been hanging out, so if dog walking watch out...More

Have walked along the greenway to get from Rushden to Crown Park and the new Rushden Lakes retail park. It's handy as you are away from traffic. Just a shame kids hang out under the bridge drinking and smashing bottles, but I think that's all...More

It's always ad good thing to walk, and this area, ,as Rushden has a few, is quite relaxing.pick a nice day and you can experience the wildlife, and fauna.

This used to be part of my cross country course. This was where I hid till the second lap came round then I finished fresh and smiley!! It's easier to access for people.

Much better since being done as before it was full of weeds with just a bit of a muddy track through it.

Well, there are lots of paths to walk along! This one runs from Rushden Station to Higham. Avoid before/after school as full of kids messing about. You walk along the old rail line.

Excellent use of a disused railway line - planned improvements include a ramp to Washbrook Road and a continuation to Wellingborough Station. Will also connect with Rushden Lakes.

A fairly newly laid path with a gentle slope down towards Rushden or up towards Higham Ferrers. Very busy at school start and finish time but quiet for the rest of the day. Perfect for a short dog walk or a run.

Going between Higham and Rushden is a lot easier, safer and quieter when using this footpath. The only time it gets busy is when the school kicks out.
