A delightful find. This is a small, personal, and inexpensive museum with a variety of interesting items, articles and plenty of information, as well as some brief original film footage. Friendly staff, decent facilities (toilets, café). Highly recommended. (Open from the last weekend in March)....More

Great way to spend an hour if you are in the area. Lots of interesting memorabilia from WW2 and an interesting insight to the history of the local airfields

A small museum crammed full of WW2 items. Staffed by very enthusiastic volunteers all of whom displayed extensive knowledge as well as a good sense of humour. It was just right for a group of four adults to peruse. I would recommend their Facebook page...More

Lovely, informative, passionate staff. Very interesting artifacts. Was recommended to me & I would recommend. Plus it's only £5 per adult to get in.

How many people know this exists? I certainly didn't but went on a recommendation. It is small but jam packed with information about the role of Harrington during WW2 and the people who served there, plus a few other secret roles during the Cold War....More

Very welcoming volunteers at this fascinating little place. It's nothing to look at from the outsìde but inside is a multitude of interesting artefacts mainly about the role of Harrington in the world war 2.
