Chilham is a nice little village with some old buildings, a historical church, a pub, a tearoom and a huge house named Chilham Castle. Worth a visit! Takes about an hour to get a good impression

Thoroughly recommend a visit here. The village is one of the best examples of a traditional English village.

Not a big village but lovely all the same. A couple of pubs, a tea room and a shop for browsing. Free parking just on the outskirts make it more attractive. Worth a stop for lunch or tea.
