We visited vinery with our friends and small children and were impressed how knowledgable and welcoming the owners and Barbara (who runs wine tours) are! Winery is well equipped, very clean and has the most amazing views. Would absolutely recommend to anybody who is interested in trying Greek wines and learning about local wine making!

We visited Karamitsos winery the 7th of september. It was such a great experience. Mary, the guide, served us 7 wines at the patio, and the great view over the valley contributed to the experience. Mary showed us great hospitality and helped us get transportation away form Nemea, which is not that easy without a car. Thank you so much

After a fun morning of exploring the ruins of Mycenae, we were wanting to go to at least one winery in Nemea. We providentially stopped at Karamitsos and were not disappointed! First, the location is so picturesque. Our hostess was so kind and our tasting was fabulous! A beautiful meat and cheese tray and let's not forget the wines! I wish we hadn't been carrying on, as we definitely would have purchased more than just the bottles to enjoy the remainder of our trip! Karamitsos is not to be missed!

Wonderful location, very friendly service, and delicious, affordable wine. What more could you ask for?

We visited during Covid and like many tourist areas, the wine region around Nemea has not had many guests and they were not expecting visitors. Nonetheless the host put on a lovely (free) tasting just for my partner and I, and as the kitchen was closed, brought us three delicious varieties of grapes fresh from their vines for us to eat.

We sat on the patio looking up at the monastery on the rock and were utterly delighted with our choice. Highly recommended.

A very lovely small winery.
The guide was so kind and welcoming.. She really let us feel she's so passionate about the winery and that she's not just a saleswoman trying her hardest to sell her products.
Speaking of which - the wine was very good! There was something truely magical about the immeturity of the winery (compared to bigger, older ones).
I really recommend dropping by this lovely place, you'll enjoy!

We visited the winery on the World Wine Tourism Day and we had a very nice experience in a beautiful outside environment with a very special view at the Virgin Mary's Monastery.
Very nice wine tasting with tasty accompanying food served by very friendly staff. If you're into red wine, you should try RIZA and 2 Lions!
