What a fantastic little course. Yes it's 9 holes but the different tee positions make a real difference to the holes. Immaculately presented greens, mature trees and fairways ( the course is the oldest in Leicestershire) and friendly members. SI 69 this is a real test of your handicap, the par 3s are particularly challenging. A heathland course in the... More

Liked the setting. Disappointed with the lack of a possibility of lunch. The members were somewhat frosty ( no friendly hellos in passing - in fact just the opposite from a couple of lady members). The course itself is in very good condition but a bit tight so requires straight driving and irons.

I have played here several times in invitations and matches. Shame there are only 9 holes but the views are well worth the visit. The course is challenging and the first time around don't be surprised if you come up short as the holes are deceiving.

great greens that are true and fast, sloping fairways that can kick your ball off line, too many blind holes and sadly only a 9 hole course. but still a good track to play on

A very friendly club, with an excellent clubhouse and catering. Shame it is only 9 holes!

I discovered this course by accident andI'm glad I did ! Beautiful views on every hole and a look and feel so unlike parkland courses . Only 9 holes but very challenging and requires great accuracy. Superb greens. We had a very enjoyable 4 ball and will return.
