Love this outlet. Prices was good and you can find anything you want. Perfect playground for kids and coffee shop was amazing. If you are coffee lover please try icy cream coffee 😋🫠

I had a day in Naples and decided to check this outlet out. The information on the website is inaccurate.
It was such a hassle to get to as I missed the 9.30am outlet bus which goes past Stazione Centrale just before 10am.
Maybe I didn't fully understand the information on the website but I got the impression that there would be several buses throughout the day from the outlet. There are only two during the day, one at 9.30am and the other at 3.30pm (don't really see the point as you won't have much time there).
I ended up having to catch the local train to Caserta station which took over 50 minutes and then waited over 40 minutes for the C1RT bus which was supposed to arrive at 30 minute intervals. Eventually I was told the bus only comes at 1.30pm and 3.30pm which meant I would miss the 2pm return bus to Napoli at the outlet. I had to bite the bullet and catch a taxi for 20 euros which took around 15 minutes.
I ended up only having around 40 minutes to dash around the outlet so only managed to look at Prada, Valentino, Armani and Piquadro.
Prada had current season bags and wallets and were over 50% off the RRP. I picked up a mens bag for around £380 which is selling for £850 and a card wallet for £90 with a RRP of £185. I guess this paid off for the expensive taxi ride.
There was a leather briefcase bag in Armani for around £300 and was over 50% off the RRP.
These were great bargains.
The outlet was not busy at all as I guess November is off season and it was a Tuesday afternoon.
I didn't get to check out the facilities but it is a nice, spread out clean outlet, and looks a lot like the huge Premium Outlets in Florida.
I would recommend checking the place out but strongly advise catching the outlet bus as it only takes around 25 minutes from the city centre. It's not a huge place but you can arrive in the morning and leave on the 2pm bus.

The worst service and organization!!! I do not recommend to go by bus.
On 30/8/2018 I hoped to get the bus in front of the Station Napoli at 10.40. I went 20 minutes earlier to avoid queue. At 10.30 the bus was stopped at 200 meters away from the bus stop. A big group of 20 chinesse people and a girl with 'free shuttle' that arrived after me, (10.35), started to run to the bus. When the bus come to the 'right bus stop' the driver said 'The bus is full and another bus will come in just 20 minutes' leaving around 12 people without service. I wait there until 11.20 with 30°C under the sun (I've checked my clock) but any bus has arrived as the driver had said! Thanks La Reggia Outler for make my last in Naples awful! and if you give 'free shuttle bus to a group'' take in consideration that you will need a better organization!!

Called in on a whim to this outlet. We have been to several others around the world but this did seem to have the most complicated set up as others I’ve been to the shops just all follow on so you don’t miss anything but this was a bit all over the place.
Good range of shops but would have liked to see more shoe shops.
LiuJo Uomo is a must, we went in to buy a travel bag and the salesperson Francesco was that good at selling that we ended up also buying jeans, 3 t-shirts, a jumper and a cardi-jacket, he is a definite asset to the shop and we will be back.

As you can see in the other reviews this outlet is difficult to get to. Our hotel has had bad experiences trying to get other guests to the outlet through the bus service which is unorganized and only travels there a couple of times a day. The only other option is a car or taxi but because the location is remote you cannot get taxis back. The hotel tried to get a taxi to take us there and wait but it cost over 200 euros for that. We were lucky enough to convince our tour operator to stop by the outlet during a 8 hour day tour we had booked so we got a chance to take a look around. The stores offer poor products at poor pricing. We were hoping for some designer shops of which there were none. No Gucci, No Prada, no nothing. There is simple just the same standard shops you see anywhere like Nike (expensive), or Guess. Unfortunately a waste of time and wanted to make this post to warn other travelers not to make the same mistake we did to make the effort to go there.

As soon as i purchased my bus ticket for around 10 euros. The bus ride takes around 45 mins to arrive here and when your there, your spoilt with choice with brands like cesare paciotti, ralph lauren, gucci and etc. Glad that i came here. Well worth the time and would 100% come here again in a heartbeat..

The transfer coach driver refused to take payment until we reached the destination because they have bumped up the far from €10 to €15 without changing it on the website, or even the poster next to the bus stop! But the real problem is that the shops in this outlet village are poorly stocked so you may find nothing to buy like me. I suppose it is a vicious circle, less and less people visit and so the stock levels go down and down. Why on earth they think they can also put the price up 50% without telling anybody is anybody's guess! Let others learn from this experience of this waste of time and money...

Staying in Sorrento phoned to pre book coach at 30 euros they promised to ring back guess what they did not. Undeterred we caught Circumvesia to Napoli Garibaldi went up three levels and purchased 3 return tickets with Trenitalia cost 22 euros max. Caught 111 bus and spent 4 hours plus here. Best to go with an idea of what you may be interested in purchasing as there some good offers and bargains to be had here. Visited Nike shop along with Calvin Klein, Fusli, Ralph Loren and made purchases there. When we do to the Designer Outlet @ Swindon part of the same Macathur Glen organisation it will make an interesting compare The rail fare on Circumvesia is 3.90 euros each way and takes one hour from Sorrento although a long day if you are looking to purchase specific items this one is a must.
