Really enjoyed my massage from Cleuza and as a result will be going back soon for my third visit! She knows exactly the right amount of pressure to give and I always feel relaxed in her company with her warm and friendly nature.

I have always had cellulite on my legs and bum. I am size 6/8. I am a healthy girl that does exercise regularly, applies anticelullite creams everyday, avoids fizzy drinks, but has a genetic predisposition to cellulite.
I went to Lirio Therapy at the beginning of April and Cleuza told me she could get rid of my cellulite in less than 10 sessions. I couldn't believe it at first, but I thought I should give it a go as I had already tried everything. I bought a 10 session package for £300 (in other places you pay £300 for just 3 sessions!!). She did all sorts: body wrap, massage and laser lipo (1 hour per session and sometimes even more!)
I started seeing the results straight away!! After the third session, cellulite started to disappear and dropped one jean size! I have just finished the treatment and I don't have any cellulite left!!!!! I feel more confident now. Looking forward to show my legs and bum this summmer :)
I don't agree with some of the comments made about her being rude. She is very friendly and very professional. She also gives you lots of advice on what food you should eat and what types of exercise you should do. She clearly knows what she is doing.

I bought a wowcher for a cavitation/ slimming package with great scepticism, but after the initial 3 sessions have been happily surprised by the results. So much so that I bought additional sessions to continue the great progress.
The location is accessible, but would be a challenge for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. It's a small room, but comfortable and I found that the therapist was really pleasant, knew what she was talking about in terms of the treatment and getting continued results. Have some excellent tips on meal structure and exercise regimes.
i am so pleased with how I am shaping up,I can literally feel & see the loss of fat around my tummy area, so impressed I will book more sessions when I return from holiday.

My friend bought me a massage voucher for my birthday and I was excited to redeem it.

Booking the appointment turned out to be extremely difficult. The first time I rang up I was told to call again after my holiday to re-book! The second time I managed to book a date for early in the morning on a Saturday.

I live in London and it is a long commute to Bromley for me, so thought I would ring ahead and ask for confirmation of the booking to avoid a wasted trip (especially given how early it was). I was not able to get through on the phone and left a text message and voice message. I gave up in the evening the day before the appointment, having received no response from her and informed her by text that I was unfortunately not able to come tomorrow as I had received no confirmation.

Although, the Owner had read the text she did not confirm until the actual day of the appointment early in the morning to say she gave me the time and date when I booked (I know, that and it is not uncommon to receive a confirmation email, especially when I booked a while ago) and that she had sold 500 vouchers (which is not of relevance). She then added, she was very busy (again, this is irrelevant) and that my appointment was in two hours time! All that was required, was a short response text or call back to confirm the appointment, simple customer service.

I was astonished by how rude she was and wished my friend had read the negative reviews before purchasing this gift. The voucher remains unredeemed, which is a shame as my friend had spent money on it.

Dreadful customer service and I would definitely not be recommended this to any of my friends.

Customer care skills are appalling. I cannot say anything about her treatment, as I had to cancel everything because of her being so rude to me at time of booking. She even threatened that she will report me to the police if I did not provide immediately the Groupon code at time of booking (not required from the groupon voucher instructions).

Maybe she is got issue with Groupon customers. Very bad experience

I don't treat anyone badly, my interest get good clients, and help them what they needs. I love what I do. I don't need someone rude in my place. I had many problem with groupon codes, people try to reuse, fakes one. When someone treat me rude, I just say to them get them money back. thanks

The warning signs were there when I made my appointment. Very unprofessional. No courtesy at all. A few days before my appointment I received a text asking if I was still coming for my treatment which wasn't signed by anybody. I booked the treatments for my Mum and I at the same time but was told on the day that it had to be at separate times. I was not informed this at the time of the booking. The woman who manages the place is appalling to say the least. Her attitude stinks and definitely needs some customer service training. I definitely strongly advise not to go here! STAY AWAY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT! I wish I read the negative reviews before I went.

Hi I sold more than 400 vouchers, I been work very hard and done all my best, 80% loved and 20% didn't like, why we cant make all people happy, because some people are very bad mood, depression, mood swings, racist, mental illness problem, no happy on them jobs, try make fakes vouchers and reuse again, I been worked almost 10 years in this country, always I had good reviews from my clients, also English is my second language, Im not perfect and never I will be. thanks

My daughter purchased a Groupon voucher for a Massage, Body wrap & a Facial for my birthday.
On arrival, we met Cleuza Santos, her customer skills were awful!!
She asked us to fill out a form, name address etc, She then asked if I had high blood pressure, which I replied "No" she went on to say "hurry up or can't have a massage! I said I have to read what I am signing, she said "It dont look like you are happy with my service" go away, if you don't like my service"! I was soo shocked! She then snatched the cards from my hand & ripped it to shreds! & told us to get out!!! I left in tears, as it was a special birthday for me. I didn't get a massage in the end. I contacted Groupon, explained what happened & got a full refund.

Hi I just want say, this person arrive in my premises, funny behaviour, also her daughter when she booked , didn't gave the vouchers code, that's its not normal, I rang her and text she didn't reply, her mum looks like scary, I said have you got any problem, I saw something not right with them, I said them please leave my premises, she hassle me verbal, The problem many people try to came and have a massage no vouchers, no bookings made, fraud fakes vouchers. I learnt don't get people like that anymore. I'm a genuine and honest woman and don't like people treat me as stupid. thanks

I didn't even manage to have a massage - I bought one for 30 quid from Groupon and when I called her to book in she offered me something for the end of May. I politely inquired if there is anything sooner to which she snapped "You HAVE to follow my availability, take a day off work". I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me, then sent me a text calling me a "player" and telling me to get my money back.

I have never experienced anything like it and certainly would not let her touch my face or body!

worst experience ever. poor customer service( I did not get a hello when I came), no manner, the place is poor (it is a tiny room on top of a gym). I HAVE BEEN RACIALLY ABUSED when I asked more of back massage for the remaining minutes.I've been called a foreigner on benefit!I have never been treated like that in my life. stay away!!!!

Hi Sorry hear about that, you are disapoint with the services, you had all your treatments, if you need more treatments has to be paid. massage can't be sorted only 1 treatment. Also when I saw your mood, I knew what I could expect from you, Im a professional beauty therapist working 11 years in this country, I'm very confindent what I do. you need see your GP, your stress was over, day by day I been learning about people health issues, anger, bipolar, anxiety, aspargeons diseases, negative people, sometimes I been referral some people for an practicioner adequate for them issues, also I do special needs, thanks

I understand that English is not her first language and was willing to overlook that, but when I booked the therapist was extremely rude and impatient. I had to rearrange twice due to work and then booking a holiday. She told me I'd already changed my booking once and couldn't change it again. She then texted me with a date which was when I'd told her I was away and sent her some which were available. I had already been advised by a friend that it wasn't the best service so I went in prepared, however....
I have had many massages and this was the most amateur one I've ever had, she just went up and down, up and down except for one half hearted attempt on my right shoulder. When she applied the face mask, she left the room and left the door open whilst proceeding to make 4 phone calls very loudly and rudely. All in all not a pleasant or relaxing experience and I actually got bored and couldn't wait to leave.

I been working as beauty therapist almost 10 years, I'm fully confindent what I do, I got many regular clients, I just want say some people should be carefull what they say about other people, I don't need in my place rude people, games players, some people they are not happy in their lifes and try to pick up in someelse, I will getting legal protection about these issues, I just advice for these people try to sort out your issues, don't expect too much in life, you never will find perfection, there are some resources blogs online about expectation, read them good for you. thanks
