We booked to see Some Mothers Do Ave 'em with Joe Pasquale at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley.

The show was brilliant -we loved every minute of it but the venue itself was tatty in places and shabby in others.

A regional theatre charging West End prices for tickets and West End prices for drinks and sweets.

No ice cream at the interval unless you wanted to go to the bar and buy one.

Won't be coming back here again.

This isn’t a great venue. The staff try but honestly having staff standing beside you with a placard saying no video or photos abd every time to want to do selfie they’re shoving it in your face. Grown adults we are went to this show to have a party.

The food in the restaurant is so limited that they have such a low take up. It’s no starter or dessert. Just dessert. The main is limited to 4 dishes as there’s always something that isn’t available. Whilst the food is ok it’s mediocre reminds me of BHS cafe.

As a disabled person currently enjoying some mobility this theatre is a no go for disabled. There’s no parking here. Even disabled is limited by 3 hrs. The car parks are miles away and are closed after certain times. To be honest. There’s other theatres with better parking.

But the main thing is this military precision staffing watching people get their phones out dancing near the stage and whatever. Paying guests are not kids they don’t need to be finger wagged by the supervisor. I found this most distasteful.

We had a great time at the orchard. We didn’t record the show but we did record us having a great time abd glimpses of the singers. The Churchill really need to relax their policy.
Even the matinee at the Churchill a week before I took my 97 year old grandmother to allowed photos and recording sing alongside.

Tonight was awful. Truly awful. We laughed about it but to be honest the strict supervision by a member of staff actually dampened the mood.

Given the resturant lack of choice. The lack of parking and accessibility and the absolute military behaviour of usher staff.
I won’t ever return here. It’s a crap venue all round.

We went to the Churchill for the first time and what a brilliant theatre it is! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, seats have plenty of leg room and the theatre is well laid out.

We purchased the dining seats which gives you a two course meal before the show and is excellent value. Menu is small but food quality good and you can come back to the table in the interval.

Would recommend this theatre and we are already looking and booking our next visit.

Great shows, comfortable seating, pleasant staff. There only thing that lets this theatre down is the sound quality, music is fine but we find ourselves straining to hear dialogue when watching a play. We watched The Marigold Hotel this evening, which was an excellent production but those around us also said they found it difficult to hear what was being said. This has happened before when viewing a play and we mentioned it to the booking staff at the time and they said they had had complaints about this and would mention it to those concerned but sadly nothing seems to have been done. I came assure you that my personal hearing is excellent !

Today I took my three and a half year old grandson to see 'Little Red Riding Hood' at The Churchil Theatre Studio.

The play/mini panto was advertised as being suitable for three year olds and above. Given that most of the productions are in the datytime and midweek the studio was full of three year olds and those who would lhave been 4 in the past three and a half months, plus of course their carers. Older children would naturally be in school,

The production was totally unsuitable for children of this age. My grandson knows the story inside out and,as he said afterwards. 'It wasn't Red Riding Hood.' Red Riding Hood was just called Red or Rose so he didn't think sRed Riding Hoodw as present., There was also no mum and no woodcutter. the wolf was a vegetarian! ! The traditional story was almost completly gone and instead there was a story about following your dreams. This might be good for junior school children but certainly not for three year olds! There was also quite a bit of talk about Mozart the music of which which my grandson has yet to be introduced to!!

There was nothing very interactive which you would also expect for children of this age and clearly many of the children were veryrestless which was not surprising.

It was just so VERY disappointing. Please next year put on something more age appropriate.

We had a lovely evening seeing Cabaret at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley. It is a great local theatre providing good seating and views of the stage. After a fire alarm delayed the show we were not sure it would go ahead. However the show did go on and the cast gave an outstanding performance, particularly John Partridge and Anita Harris.

Visited my local theatre with friends for ‘Death Drop - Back In The Habit’ evening performance on Saturday evening. My first ever theatre job was at the Churchill in Bromley and it’s like a blast from the past every time I see a show here. Seeing shows at this venue is pure nostalgia for me. Not every show is great but usually always entertaining in some way. I still love the 70s/80s decor of the Churchill with its stalls bar carpets and tiled walls that is a nod for me to the decor of the hotel from the film The Shining. Death Drop Back in the Habit was entertaining and good fun. Not a show for those with strong religious beliefs but it delivers on camp and whilst not the slickest of shows it’s was good fun and worth the night out.

Really bad wheelchair access. Staff tried to help. But, only one small lift with really steep ramps. No wheelchair access to bars, toilets. For a public building I am certain it doesn't meet the safety requirements for disabled people.

It was my parents Diamond Anniversary the teams at Churchill Theatre were so helpful in making the evening so special. We could decorate the table in the restaurant as a surprise for my parents. It was a fabulous time creating such a special memory. We can't thank the staff at the Churchill Theatre enough from the initial enquiry at the Box Office, the Welcome Team and the Restaurant Team their customer service is exemplary. They even got some flowers, chocolates and a card for my parents. The food was delicious and The Carpenters Story was great with them dedicating a song. The when evening was brilliant, thank you so much.

Went to the Churchill theatre last night to watch Blood brothers, absolutely fantastic show with an amazing cast.
Sadly experience let down by the run down conditions of this theatre.
Tickets on par with London prices however facilities dismal.
The toilets are a disgrace, on one floor three toilets, only two working, on another floor two toilets, only one working, hand washing facilities poor, no hand towels,
Queues 20 deep at interval.
Brought to the attention of a staff member but not really that bothered
Not really a place I would choose to go back to, would rather go up to London.
