Very rule heavy. Apparently ‘not insured’ if you don’t wear their brand socks even with grips on soles. Not aloud to have handbag strapped to back or across shoulders. Not allowed to bounce with child without holding both hands ( ie child can’t lie on trampoline while you gently jump). Staff very young and seem disinterested until you break ‘ a rule’. Be prepared to buy their brand socks plus locker space and strict adherence to 1 hour time slot. I won’t be back.

This place is okay as it’s local. It’s not particularly cheap and if you have visited practically any other trampoline park it’s lacking in comparison both in terms of size, colour, lights, activities. I really feel that they could do with a rebrand of sorts.
Staff were very organised and on top of cleaning in between sessions which was a huge plus.

There is minimal parking, So you end up having to lodge your car in a precarious spot on another part of this dodgy estate. Then none of the lockers work so you can’t store your belongings safely anywhere and ended up with everything behind the front desk... the trampoline park itself is great fun, but too many silly rules. I got told off three times for picking up my 2 year old whilst on the trampoline, then I look around and there are adults bouncing 6 ft high in a toddler session that could have easily
Injured a toddler who doesn’t know they can’t wander on without being catapulted! The place is run by teenagers and to be honest we won’t be going back... better places out there at half the price with parking....

I just had been to the trampoline park in Orpington with my very mild special needs son today evening and I would like to say I was utterly devastated with the experience.

I have been to this park with my son many times and always have let the staff know he needs to be reminded to move off from the foam bed after jumping. He is a very quiet boy and may not listen the first time but when told again he will move and has been doing this in all other previous visits. This is because he takes time to process the instruction.

This time I heard from the other children who accompanied my child saying the staff were rude to him and asked him to move off very rudely. Also, a staff came up to me and told my son ripped a foam bag and he was suggesting subtly that I might need to remove him from the area. I mentioned I could be a carer but not willing to pay just to take care of my son, as I am not a fan of trampolining. He said they have carer free sessions for SEN children on Sundays. Does that mean there is no inclusion and special need kids can attend only one session without being judged and told off?

If this is the policy, then as a mother of a special needs child I would recommend it to be reviewed as this is not fair for the children with no inclusiveness offered. That’s a miserable situation for a child with needs in a country which promotes inclusiveness.

My son was visibly upset and refused to use the park again.

Awful experience! My son has SEND including autism and was invited to a birthday party with all the boys in his class (7-8 year olds).
He was having a lovely time, except for the weirdly strict rules which other trampoline parks we've visited don't have. But then a group of teenage boys started deliberately winding up the children from the party. The children thought it was a game so grouped together to fend off the teenagers! My son, being autistic, took it all literally and led the charge against them!
I then got complaints from the manager that my 7 year old was upsetting the teenagers. I had to try not to laugh. The manager later said my son has to leave. I explained he has autism and offered to go in to support him. The manager said I could only do so if I bought a ticket! I couldn't believe it. So, for my autisitic son to be able to experience and enjoy a party he was invited to, paid for by the birthday child's parents, I would have to pay to care for him because the staff couldn't cope! A financial barrier placed on us, and us alone out of the party group, for my son to access the same party as his friends! I calmly tried to explain that but the manager just said I could go on for free as a carer at the SEN sessions early on a Sunday morning, which was of no help for my son to be able to continue to take part in the birthday party!
I wass then asked to help get my son out of the trampoline park, as the staff couldn't get him to leave. So clearly no/inadequate SEND training provided to staff and management. I went in and watched for a few moments as my 7 year old was running circles around the staff (all older teenger boys/young men). I couldn't help but laugh. They didn't try anything but to chase him, so of course he thought it was game! It took me less than a minute to get my son to leave with me. He was so upset when I explained he couldn't join in with his friends anymore and had to just sit and wait for the food part of the party. No assistance or thought whatsoever was provided! I eventually managed to calm him somewhat but he was still very dysregulated for the rest of the party. Thankfully another Dad from the party group helped by playing games with my son.
I left feeling really upset and victimised and I can't even imagine what my son was feeling!
I later explained my experiences to several people who work with children with SEND and they were all shocked and disgusted.
I will never again go here. To be honest, other trampoline parks have much better facilities (and parking!) anyway! My son had no problems joining in the mainstream sessions at Gravity in Bluewater, for example!

I visited air jump to day with a couple of friends and our children which was ment to be a fun morning as the children had a day off due to teachers training day.
Well it wasn't fun at all this place is an absolute joke! Very rude staff children were getting told they couldn't do things and being very strict, I couldn't hold my 3 year old daughters hand whist on the same trampoline while she jumped for safety issues! Madness.
my friends son who is also only 3 years old is very autistic kept taking his socks off as he didn't like having them on we was told that he wasn't aloud to stay on and bounce due to health and safety but previously they had been there a few weeks ago and this wasn't an issue and aloud him to stay on but to day it was a problem which is very confusing as the same manager aloud him on but to day she denied doing it but another member of staff said he remembered my friend and her son being able to stay on with out any socks! It was a very up setting experience for my friends little boy as he didn't understand why he had to be taken off and not being able to enjoy his time there. If you have children with sen needs avoid this place as the way my friend and her son was treated was so disrespectful I will never go back to this place it's awful!

Terrible! Don’t waste your money. Nothing but jumping on a trampoline is allowed or you get told off! Not a great experience when it’s half term and you’re having a break from being told off at school! The socks situation is a joke to, insurance policy not allowing you to use any other trampoline park socks but their “air jump branded one” and at £2.50 per pair what a money making extra add on. Definitely won’t be coming back. Unfriendly and not child friendly at all. Oxygen in Purley way is 1000 times better and much more worth a day trip.

My son was going to have his 10th birthday and he really wanted to have it at the AirJump. He's not at the age to invite 10+ people to his party anymore, it was just 4 of his best friends, so we decided not to book the official party package and just have the trampoline park and have some snacks at the cafe afterwards. The jumping session was fine, but at the cafe we've discovered they don't sell any food! They only sell drinks and overpriced packets of crisps. So we bought drinks to everybody in our party and a lot of crisps. But the boys were still hungry and there were nothing to buy at the cafe, so I put some party food including sweets on the table to finish our celebration. But as soon as the staff realised we are having a birthday party, the very angry manager appeared and very rudely said we should leave immediately (despite of the fact that we bought a LOT of food from their "cafe" which were still on the table!). I asked him to give us just 5 minutes to finish the food, but he said "no, you should leave immediately!". So, the party was ruined, all children were terrified and the birthday boy was very sad and terrified. Very rude staff, please avoid. I really wish I would go to the bowling in Bromley instead (that's what I'm going to do next time and recommend it to others)!

I celebrated my son's birthday at Airjump Trampoline Park, which offers an air jump trampoline experience for kids. While the overall event was enjoyable, I encountered a disappointing situation that compelled me to give it a 1-star rating.

We had booked tickets in advance and inquired about the policy in case a child didn't turn up. The staff assured us that they would add credit to our account for future use. Unfortunately, when one child didn't attend on the day of the event, the staff declined to honor their earlier commitment. This inconsistency in their policy was both frustrating and disappointing.

The lack of transparency and failure to uphold their own promises left a negative impression on what could have otherwise been a positive experience. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for other customers. Clear communication and adherence to policies are crucial aspects of customer satisfaction, and I was disappointed to see these lacking at Airjump Trampoline Park.

I encourage the management to review and improve their policies for the benefit of future customers. Honest communication and consistency are vital for building trust, and I hope my feedback is taken constructively.

Wish I had read the reviews before wasting money. Terrible place and awful staff. You’re not allowed to do anything but bounce on a single trampoline. Staff are watching and waiting for you do something ‘wrong’ then tell you off. It’s like being at school. Gravity is much better and more child friendly. No car parking and slush puppies are disgusting and watery. Avoid!
