Great dive refresher after 17 years break

I had my PADI advanced since 1999, and it had been also my last dive! The brief refresher and first dive with a dive master was great to get back in confidence, and then the second dive with a group lead by a dive master was cool too.

I really wanted to go diving in New Zealand during our trip and as i heard that the poor knight is one of the best dive spots i decided to go there. Dive Tutukaka is located at the harbour, so you can't miss it. I just went in and could book a dive trip for the next day. We did... More

The team here are fantastic, I can't fault them at all. I would have rated them excellent but the lunch for $15 was nice but not really worth the money. In hindsight I should have taken my own. Other than that they were great and I would definitely dive with them again. The dive site at Blue Mao Mao Cave... More

My friend and I dived with DT on 24.10.16 and it was some of the most interesting and exciting diving I've ever done (I've done ~200 dives in 10 countries). The shop is incredibly well organised and sorted boats and divers by skill level. The crew is just the right balance of informative and helpful whilst also treating you like... More

Altogether a great day with two perfectly organized and guided dives in the rather chilly water of the poor knights islands. Equipment was very much up to date, we are always happy to get well fitting wetsuits like the ones we had - especially in cold water conditions. The trip on the dive boat is rather short but can be... More

Great experience here. We did our PADI dry suit course here. the tuition was pitched at just the right level, not too formal and not too laid back. The diving at the Poor Knights was awesome and the boat was really clean, well laid out and fairly quick. It was expensive compared to other courses we looked into but well... More

We hadn't planned to dive in New Zealand, but after reading about the Poor Knights Islands and some reviews we chose to dive here. The dives were quite expensive ($269 NZ for 2) and we chose to just bring our own lunch. There is parking on site as well. We met at the dive shop early at 8:15 to get... More

I've dived many countries and this centre is the most professional, friendly and well-run I have ever visited. The staff are incredible and they have EVERYTHING a diver could possibly need. The stunning location by the marina is idyllic and the diving at Poor Knights is incredible. I highly recommend this centre and the Poor Knights diving for all levels... More

Great dive masters with awesome knowledge of the islands. Looked after us really well, set up our kit and broke I doesn't at the end of the day. Good packed lunch and hot drinks ready for us when we got out of the water. Awesome day!

Poor knights Island. These guys were really professional and lead a great dive. We didn't even mind when the anchor got stuck and we had to hang out in the islands.
